oh sorry i didnt see that part, hm, try beating aqua's story again, maybe it will get it for you, but idk

i had had same problem that made me so mad i was missing the report from terra xehanort report 5 from defeting sinister sentenal in the mirage arena

 

then after save and then it will say you have unlocked the final episode do you want to mae a save file named final episode and click yes

If I'm not mistaken I think you need to 100% your journal too along with the Xehanort Reports to unlock the Final Episode on Standard

that would be for the secret ending on standard mode my friend

the difficulty does not effect the final episode. it only effects the secret ending. i unlocked final episode through downloading a game save, so i wouldnt know for sure if u need 100% journal. but im pretty certain u only need all three complete IN ORDER and all xehanorts reports.

 

if u didnt do them in order, just do terra ven and aquas final battle again in order.

Get All reports and defeat the last enemy, dont forget to get one of Terra in Mirage Arena!

When you get all Xehanort Reports and finish all three stories, it should ask you if you want to create the new data. If it didnt then you must be missing a report.
