Chapter I: The New Arc-Sora and the new outsider.

 

"...Hey! Sora! come on man! we'll be late for college!" said a young man waiting outside what appears to be the cross between both a shack and a house, as inside the house, getting ready was another young man, age 19, wearing a very nice and specific uniform, opening up the window and saying to his friend waiting outside "Okay! i'm just getting my pack-lunch, don't go wandering off without me Kuze!" said the young man, as we catch a glimpse of his very spiky hair and before we know it, we see him opening up his front door and then see a glimpse of the crown shaped necklace strapped around his neck, as lastly, we get a full body view from bottom to top of the young man and then see a close up of his smiling face, this smiling face belonging to the young man known none other, than Sora, the "once" hero of the Keyblade, himself, smiling with a huge grin on his face, as the sun shines brightly down upon him.

"Tch, i should have known better, you snakes had made your move before we did, cunning rats!!" said Saltire, tightly gripping his Keyblade, angered upon hearing Corazon's revelation of the truth, Sora was shocked but at the very same time, he was happy, happy that everyone, especially Kairi did this for him, for they gave him real power to fight back and protect everyone, Saltire saw Sora's happiness right through inside and out and had proceeded to say to the latter "...I wouldn't be, as happy, as you think you should be Sora, trust me, you may think that they are your friends now but later on..." said Saltire, as Sora heard Saltire's words, replying "Huh? what are you talking about?" said Sora, as Saltire sniggered before laughing out loud "Hehehe...HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! isn't it obvious!? they're USING you! right for their own nefarious schemes, all of them!!!" said Saltire, as Sora again replied with slight anger in his tone "They're using me? enough of that Saltire! i've had enough of you using mind games on me!! everyone has been helping me ever since i first gained the Keyblade, thanks to Ventus, there's no way that there--" said Sora, only to be interrupted by Saltire saying "--Using me? they've been helping me every step of the way and even gave me Keyblade powers? let me tell you Sora: that's nonsense, every single bit of it, let me tell you...THE TRUE PURPOSE...OF THE KEY..." said Saltire in another of his classic menacing tones, as Sora felt a slight horrified tingle upon hearing Saltire's words.

 

Suddenly, Ventus and Terra appeared, their faces with stern expressions on them...

Kyle and Lara looked on at what was going on with stern looks. Seracus looked on at the battle, as he put away his "Glaive Of The Draconian", as he listened on to Saltire's words in sorrow. Vector was still holding on to the World Control Manifestation Blade Doll, as he put it on his shoulder, and watched what was going on. Matilda was seen folding her arms beside Vector, and face-palming in seeing him with an enemy's weapon. Dai, Sharlia, Kyoluu, Rylo, and Jolorus were watching the battle, with stern looks on their faces. Xylek and his friends were watching on, curious at the outcome. 

"...You going to stop him?" said Terra, as Ven replied "...There would be no point, Sora...was bound to find out eventually..." said Ven, as Riku walked up to the two, saying to them "Huh? what are you talking about? Master Terra? Master Ventus? what do you know? what's Saltire talking about!?" said Riku, as Kairi looked up towards Sora in the sky, thinking about something whilst looking on straight at his face...

 

"...Sora..."

 

Sora appeared feared of what Saltire was about to tell him, as Saltire reveals the truth behind The Key...

 

"Tell me Sora? what do you think The Key actually is? some sort of special title granted onto some sort of special Keyblade wielder? a Keyblade wielder gifted with powers and responsibilities that no other Keyblade wielder has? even a high ranking true Keyblade Master? no...let me tell you, the REAL TRUTH, about that title: it is the monitor and surveillance of one Keyblade wielder out of everyone else and i do mean practically EVERYONE ELSE, in not just one but all and again i mean ALL OF THE WORLDS...that is considered, A DANGER TO THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE ITSELF." said Saltire with a Dark expression on his face, as Sora listened on, horrified...

 

Riku upon hearing Saltire's words was absolutely horrified and look towards both Terra and Ven, still having stern expressions on their faces.

Kyle and Lara looked on horrified by what they had just heard. Seracus looked on, unfazed, as he kept looking at Saltire. "That's right Sora...you see, The Key is the title given to basically the most dangerous person in the entire galaxies and we my friend: ARE that most singular, most dangerous person that ever existed..." said Saltire, as Sora shouted out "YOU'RE-YOU'RE WRONG! that's not true!! its--", "but you have known it all along haven't you? about why you keep losing your powers at the start of every single adventure you ever made?" said Saltire, as Sora realised what Saltire said, recalling saying to Yen Sid "No problem, happens all the time." recalled Sora his words to Yen Sid, as Saltire further tells Sora "...Its not because of Namine's powers, as a witch that you lost your abilities alongside your Memories back at Castle Oblivion, its not that you couldn't recall anything upon waking up after your Memories were restored by her in Twilight Town, it wasn't because of your fresh clean slate start at your Mark of Mastery Exam and especially due to almost being made into a Xehanort carbon copy more or less, don't you see? it was the seal placed upon your powers, you see, ever since you became The Key, there were a number of abilities you mastered that were deemed powerful, even for a true Keyblade Master and also, because of the bonds you would make with peoples' Hearts with your very own Heart, even making bonds with people who at the time didn't even HAVE Hearts to begin with, the powers of your own Heart began to suddenly increase and in over due time, they would become so powerful that even your most greatest and most powerful adversaries to date have been troubling handling you, so...as a precaution to make sure that you didn't go berserk and run rampant with these powers, your Heart was automatically given a seal upon inheriting the title of The Key, due to being an anomaly, since the Keyblade you received was originally meant to go to Riku, however, the difference between both you and Riku was that he was FATED to be a Keyblade wielder whilst you a victim of the Darkness that consumed these very islands here, it was Riku who was meant to go with Donald and Goofy to other Worlds, find Kairi and close the Door to Darkness using the Keyblade but you already know this, as do you all down below..." said Saltire, mocking his enemies down below whilst continuing to horrify Sora with the facts of this revelation...

"It would make sense, otherwise, Sora would have been the most strongest individual there is." said Corazon to Kyle, wanting a comment from him about the truth of Sora and his situation, Saltire continues to say "...However...Riku WOULDN'T have ended up, as The Key...remember what i said a few seconds ago, he was FATED to become a Keyblade wielder, YOU ended up with the title of The Key because of your existence, as an anomaly, your Heart Connected to Ven's when he was about to die, that SHOULDN'T of happened, Xehanort SHOULDN'T of been able to use Ventus to merge with Vanitas to create a substitute X-Blade, Ventus was SUPPOSED to die, he was never FATED to meet Terra and Aqua, by having never met them, they could have been prepared for Xehanort's plan to take over Terra's Body and stop him from becoming Ansem the Wise's apprentice, which in turn led to the creation of the fake Ansem and Xemnas, as well, as the creation of the Emblem Heartless, the Nobodies, Organization XIII and many other both people and things...to put in short terms Sora...the reason that the X-Blade War ever occurred and why Horizont, Xion, Vanitas and more or less Enx look like you, why Pais and Roxas look like Ventus, why EVERYTHING occurred both around and to EVERYONE that in one way and many others were linked, even if not directly, to YOU...is because YOU Sora...were simply: an anomaly that appeared in the very circle of life, itself." said Saltire, basically telling Sora that everything that has occurred throughout all that has ever happened was because of Sora himself, the past, present and future ties he had both to and with everyone, even if not direct were what led to their respective sufferings, because Sora was never meant to exist but did, he created a cycle and chain of hatred simply from being born and from simply existing...but...Saltire had more to say...

"...Do you know why you were forced to use Cards in Castle Oblivion Sora?" said Saltire, as Sora replied "...It-it was because of..." said Sora, only for Saltire to quickly reply "Sure, it may have been one case and/or another for everyone else inside that place but YOU specifically, Sora? i'll tell you, its because your tremendous power was so big that the only way to shorten it and contain it was through the use of the Cards that everyone else had to use, you HAD to use the Cards, otherwise you would have run amok, you would have caught knowledge onto the strengths of your power levels if not for the Cards since i know your not THAT dim-witted but still, things turned out just like they did and now, to give you the final shocker of the day, do you know who ordered that The Key be monitored and surveillanced should someone THAT strong ever arise to power? i'll tell you, spoiler alert everybody! ahem: IT WAS KOKUOU, THE HEAD OF THE OUKOKU CLAN...this was after he was defeated and imprisoned for his failed Tsuki-Ito plan of course, but, he foresaw the coming of a too overly powerful Keyblade wielder and thus, he advised Onmyodou, his former rival, to keep over-watch over the future generations of Keyblade wielders that Onmyodou himself would create and supervise, the Unions, that he and the other rulers of the universe would lead and keeps tabs on, they didn't deny Kokuou's claim, as he too was a fellow ruler just like them once, so don't you see? YOU WERE SET-UP BY OLD WINDBAGS FROM GENERATIONS BEFORE OUR TIME! THEIR WILL WAS CARRIED OVER TO EPHEMER, THEN THE ANIMAL FORETELLERS AND LUXU, THEN THE COLOUR FORETELLERS, THEN XINE, THEN LUMEN, THEN ERAQUS, ALL OF THEM! every single person that was a true Keyblade Master or a fellow member of the Unions were completely in the knowledge about the truth of The Key but they hid the truth from us! isn't that right!?!? LARA!?!?!?!? those other old windbags, the Council of True Keyblade Masters...EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM HAVE BEEN PLAYING YOU LIKE A SECOND FIDDLE AND HAVE BEEN USING YOU FROM THE VERY START! "Sigh...you bore me now, i guess that's all i can expect from an incompetent Key of destruction, unlike myself, well, i guess i'll go kill your friends...starting with her." said Saltire, as he set his sights on Kairi.

"...What? going to get in my way like always? Seracus..." said Saltire to Seracus, as without anyone noticing, something started to happen around Sora...

Kyle and Lara looked at Seracus, as he was seen summoning his "Glaive Of The Draconian", as the Sigil that resembled the Symbol on his pendant appeared on his hand, glowing a Light. Vector, Tommy, and the others looked on with stern looks. Dai and his friends were looking at Seracus in shock. "... I'm afraid to say, Lux... I won't allow you... To talk the way you did about the boy... I won't let you hurt his friends... The truth of The Key, is meaningless to me, and I can tell the prince feels the same as me... Even if Sora wasn't meant to exist, no one should be shunned for such, not even by you... I'll bring you to your senses." Said Seracus, talking to Saltire. Kyle listened on to what Seracux was saying, as he nodded.

As everyone was prepared to battle Saltire, a small golden cloak began to appear around Sora's shoulders and a headband with the Japanese words for "Heart" appeared around his forehead, in his dominant hand, a small Heart and Sun cross shaped Emblem appeared in his palm, as Riku, sensing what was going on saw in his dominant hand, a small Heart and Moon cross shaped Emblem, Riku could feel it, Sora was going to do something, suddenly, a burst of golden coloured wave energy exploded from Sora and like tidal waves they emitted from him, filling up the sky, everyone looked on, especially both Kairi and Saltire, the latter floating looking on at Sora "...So...you still had your trump card to play...funny...i thought it was tied only to your substitute powers but i guess...i was wrong: NEO BALANCE MODE: SORA!!!!!!!!" shouted out Saltire, as appearing before him was Sora in an all brand new, heavily modified Balance Mode attire, it was similar yet different to the old Balance Mode clothing Sora used to wear during the War, Sora said to Saltire "...Leave my friends alone." said Sora, as Saltire replied "Alone? friends? what are you talking about? i'm just getting rid of nuisances, that's all, besides, they aren't your real--HUH!?!?!?!?" very shockingly and very surprisingly, Sora appeared below Saltire from out of nowhere and swinging up his Keyblade, did he graze Saltire's head a little, just before he used Naught Swift to escape just in the nick of time, Saltire is slightly angered by what Sora did, as he lastly says to Saltire "...Its time to make your move Saltire, let's get this over with, i want to go back to my friends, pronto, there's a whole lot of things i want to discuss with them." said Sora, as Saltire says the words "Discuss? what's there to discuss? they were USING you, no more, no less, are you angry with me? that i told you the truth...or...maybe your angry with yourself that you now know the truth but in fact, you knew it all along? but, have been suppressing it to the back of your mind, not wanting to believe it...are you mad Sora? mad that i finally got you to admit your feelings with this matter? don't be upset, as i was too, at first--", "i'm not upset." said Sora, causing Saltire to become puzzled by Sora's answer "...Your right...i did know...for a very long time...but, i didn't want to believe it, i didn't want to believe that all the bonds i made with everyone were just lies to deceive me from discovering the truth." said Sora, Saltire replying "So? what's stopping you from taking your revenge on them? i mean, you have real Keyblade powers now right? and you still possess the title of The Key of destruction...so, go on, they're right down there, eliminate them, take your revenge, go on, i'll even help you do it heh." said Saltire, as Sora eyeballs everyone, Riku thinking to himself "Sora..." thought Riku, wondering what Sora would do now, would he take revenge on them? that certainly seemed to be the case...

Seracus looked on, wanting to see what happened next. Kyle and Lara were watching, with stern looks. Alatos was still seen in the sky, watching everything that was going on. Dai and his friends were folding their arms as they watched what transpired. Vector was holding the World Control Manifestation Blade Doll, as he was getting a little concerned.

Sora floated down to everyone's level, wondering what they would think of him, as he slowly approached them, he confronted Kairi...

Seracus looked on, wanting to see what happened next. Kyle and Lara were watching, with stern looks. Alatos was still seen in the sky, watching everything that was going on. Dai and his friends were folding their arms as they watched what transpired. Vector was holding the World Control Manifestation Blade Doll, as he was getting a little concerned.

"Sora i--huh?" suddenly, Kairi was embraced by Sora, her head wrapped around his arm before he Connected his forehead with hers, saying to Kairi with a big smile on his face, one of his usual goofy grins "Don't worry Kairi, i know you and the others would never, EVER betray me, also, you told me...to kick his butt and that's...EXACTLY what i'm going to do now." said Sora to Kairi, as he looked up towards Saltire in the sky, slightly annoyed by Sora's answer.

"HEY LISTEN UP EVERYONE! i've...i've made my decision: i'm going...to protect you all, i know i'm not the smartest, i know i'm not good at proper etiquette...but...i DO know one thing: what it means to have friends...Riku...Kairi...Horizont...Pais...Enx...Ven...Terra...big bro Corazon...Aladdin...Hercules...Mulan...Captain Shang...Tarzan...Simba...Jack...Captain Jack...Kyle...Lucy...Matilda...Seracus...Vector...Tommy...Kelly...Luke...Everyone! you all: give me strength! YOU: are my power!! just leave it to me!!! i'll whoop this guy and then...then we can all go home, together, though, technically this IS my home heh." said Sora, referring to the destination everyone is at being the Destiny Islands, as he then lastly says to everyone "I'll finish this, this guy...doesn't know what it means, to have friends." said Sora, as he floated back up in the air, ready to confront Saltire, who seemed solemn at Sora's choice to protect others, even if they were apparently using him.

Seracus watched on at what he was happening as she smiled, as he put away his "Glaive Of The Draconian", and he looked at the Sigil on his hand, and looked up at what was going on. Kyle and Lara smiled as they watched Sora going into the sky. Alatos was also watching with his arms folded. At Castle Crystallis, Elder Tou was sitting on his throne in the dimly lit room, watching everything happening on an orb of Light. Vector nodded as he held the World Control Manifestation Blade Doll, as Tommy watched on.

"...So...that's your answer, is it?" said Saltire, as Sora replied "It is, my Heart, is my friends, it belongs, forever with them." said Sora, as he clutched a fist in front of his Heart whilst Saltire says to Sora "...Hmph, guess negotiations won't cut it, will they?" said Saltire, Sora replying "What do you think? you attacked the Worlds, hurt my friends...i'm not going to let you get away with that." said Sora, Saltire in that very moment recalled very sad, very painful and especially most of all very tragic Memories of when he saw Lanarciand dead before him on the ground before regaining his conciousness in the present, saying to Sora "...Fine, have it your way, "hero"...you know, i really didn't want to kill you, all i ever wanted from you was your powers but now, that's changed, now what i really want...IS YOUR HEART." said Saltire in a Dark menacing tone, as suddenly, Sora recalled that he heard that sentence from somewhere, he then suddenly remembered, Saltire's voice was growing Darker and eventually a giant jet black coloured mass had engulfed him, Sora said the words "Y-YOU!?!?" shouted out Sora, as Saltire had emerged from the black mass in a new form, he said to Sora "...That's right, not only was i your Manifestation teacher, i've been egging you on right from the very start, yeah, i'm him, i'm the bandaged man, SORA!!!!!!!!" suddenly, Saltire's entire clothing looked like a skeleton's body covered in bandages all over, the most significant one covering his entire left side portion of his head and face, he said to Sora "...Your not the only one with a Balance Mode, Sora, behold! my true power!! Negative Mode!!!!" said Saltire, as his current attire appeared to be an anti Balance Mode, Sora replied "Negative Mode?", "That's right, Balance Mode but absorbing all of the Darkness within the World without all of the Light to counteract it, in other-words: i'm a completely anti Balanced person Sora!" said Saltire, as he re-summoned his Keyblade with the giant X in the middle, the giant X now featuring a giant skull face in the exact middle with the Imprisoned symbol on-top its forehead and demon motifs around on each of the four pointy ends of the X, Saltire lastly says to Sora "Make your move was it you said? okay then, I WILL!!!!" said Saltire, charging at Sora, as Sora says to Kelly nearby "...Kelly, stay back, from now on, this is my fight, alone, i've got to settle this myself, now...AND FOREVER!!!!!!!!" shouted out Sora before charging at Saltire, at last, this was it, the one, true, final battle...HAD BEGUN!!!!

(This battle is the very last in the whole RP, it will only last one or two pages so please say its my turn to post again, Sora and Saltire will only fight each other now, your Characters can still commentate on the battle though.).

 

Zilcasnios and the other remaining Blue Union members watched on, as Zilcasnios says the words "...This it it, show us! the end...of our story!!!! SORA!!!!!!!!" shouted out Zilcasnios, as he held up Gazu, still heavily injured but very much alive.

Seracus looked up at the sky with a stern look. "It would seem Lux is going all out, now... Let's see if the boy lasts." Said Seracus, talking to himself out loud. Kyle looked at Seracus as he folded his arms. "Seracus, right? I wouldn't doubt Sora for a minute, I have faith in him, and you should, too." Said Kyle, talking to Seracus. Seracus looked at Kyle as he smiled. "Ah, yes, dear boy... Chickens really do hatch quickly." Said Seracus, talking to Kyle. Lara watched on at Kyle's talk with Seracus, and then glanced at the battle every now and then. Vector had created a chair made out of Shadosia Crystals for himself, and sat back on it, holding the World Control Manifestation Blade Doll like a teddy bear, watching the battle. 

Sora creates three clones of himself to attack Saltire from all four cardinal points, Saltire charges a wave of Darkness through his Keyblade and unleashes it upon all of the clones except the real Sora, blocking his attack with his Keyblade covered in Light with Saltire's own Keyblade covered in Darkness, the two Keyblades clash against one another, unleashing an impact of Light versus Darkness with both sides dropping bits of their energy over everyone down below in the forms of both white and black coloured raindrops, the white representing the Light and the black representing the Dark respectively, Kairi catches a drop of Light and Riku catches a drop of Darkness, watching on up in the sky their very friend since childhood fighting, for his life and the sake of everyone, Kairi lastly says "Sora..." said Kairi, as she watches her beloved continue fighting Saltire.

Lucy and Matilda sat on the ground, watching the battle as well. Vector kept watching the battle on his chair, still holding the World Control Manifestation Blade Doll in his hands. Joseph looked on at the battle with a solemn look.

Sora and Saltire backed away from one another before the latter created two of his very own clones of himself, sending them to attack Sora from both the left and the right respectively whilst the real Saltire in the middle directly attacks Sora head on, Sora uses Ragnarok to blow away the two clones whilst the real Saltire protects himself using Riku's Dark shield ability, Saltire uses Sonic Blade against Sora after the former successfully saved himself from the young man's Ragnarok, Sora took all of the Sonic Blade attacks head on, spewing up a little blood in the process, he nearly falls from the sky to the ground but regains his composure and then proceeds to use Trinity against Saltire, Saltire replying by using Trinity also, the two matched each other blow for blow but because they were both using the very same technique, they cancelled each other out, Saltire proceeded to say to Sora "Huff...huff...HA! looks like you really DO know all my tricks, huh? but that's not going to save you, or your friends for that matter!!" said Saltire, as Sora replies "Wrong, these techniques of mine...are going to help me save them and stop you once and for all! i'm not alone in this fight!!" said Sora, as images of all his friends and allies surround him, temporarily causing Saltire to become paralysed, as he thought he saw them surround Sora just then, Sora uses Ars Arcanum against Saltire, causing him to become severely wounded whilst he was distracted by what he thought he saw.
