"Memories of a so close, yet so far time...it all comes tracking back to a certain point...i hope i can figure out what it is i can do now...that certain point has caught up and now, it seems "my" Birth by Sleep...has begun.".

 

Chapter I: The New Arc-Sora and the new outsider.

 

"...Hey! Sora! come on man! we'll be late for college!" said a young man waiting outside what appears to be the cross between both a shack and a house, as inside the house, getting ready was another young man, age 19, wearing a very nice and specific uniform, opening up the window and saying to his friend waiting outside "Okay! i'm just getting my pack-lunch, don't go wandering off without me Kuze!" said the young man, as we catch a glimpse of his very spiky hair and before we know it, we see him opening up his front door and then see a glimpse of the crown shaped necklace strapped around his neck, as lastly, we get a full body view from bottom to top of the young man and then see a close up of his smiling face, this smiling face belonging to the young man known none other, than Sora, the "once" hero of the Keyblade, himself, smiling with a huge grin on his face, as the sun shines brightly down upon him.

Suddenly the wolf appeared again and rushed to where Lucy was and howled, trying to communicate that it feels pain seeing Lucy in pain. It then growled at the Necrosis Gargoyle as it then went for it's multiple dark fury swipes attack on the creature. The wolf slashed and slashed at the creature, not letting up as it was enraged by Luke's true love getting injured. It then hopped back and suddenly it fired multiple spikes at the Necrosis Gargoyle that were filled with darkness.

Akumu looked at the Necrosis Gargoyle, as he saw it get powered up. "Guys, something is wrong with this Necrosis Gargoyle... We may need to end up weakening it's power somehow..." Said Akumu, talking to everyone. Kyle and Lara nodded at Akumu's words, as they readied themselves as they saw the Necrosis Gargoyle getting hit by the Wold, but it jumped back, and it's claws emitting Darkness in it;s claws, and it began to charge at everyone, aiming to slash at them with it's claws. Alatos created a barrier around everyone, as he teleport next to Kyle, to try to protect everyone. Seracus stood next to Kyle as well, holding his "Glaive Of The Draconian".

"SORA!!!!" shouted out Riku, as Sora was caught by his friend's attention "Listen, we'll take care of things here, you just focus on Saltire, these monsters are nothing compared to what we've become over these last three years without you!" said Riku, as Sora replied "Riku..." said Sora, as shockingly, appearing where the Gargoyle was was Cloud, slicing his Buster Sword against its arm, saying to the creature "...Your in the way, move it." said Cloud, as backing him up was Tifa, proceeding to punch the Gargoyle in the gut, lastly saying "We've got this kid, us grown ups will take care of things here, you just focus on your own matters." said Tifa to Sora up above, wanting him to focus on the enemy in front of him.

The Necrosis Gargoyle was pushed back, and it began to charge up flames in it's mouth. Seracus rushed over to in front of Cloud and Tifa, and created a shield of Light to try to block the attack. "Look out!" Shouted Seracus, talking to everyone. The Necrosis Gargoyle let loose a stream of flames, which Seracus' shield was deflecting, back at the Necrosis Gargoyle itself, and it was burning it's body, as it let out a roar in pain. Kyle jumped at the Necrosis Gargoyle, and landed on it's back, and stabbed it on the back, and jumped off of it, saw as the Necrosis Gargoyle got paralyzed.

"Right! time for my secret move: Entei's Roar: Striking Fire Staff!!!!" suddenly, Corazon jumped in the air, right in front of the Gargoyle's face and using his Bo Staff like a Snooker pole, he hit it right in-between the eyes, lighting it up with fire.

The Necrosis Gargoyle let out a screech as it felt the impact of everyone's attacks on it, and it fell to the ground, and it dissipated into particles of Darkness. Seracus looked onward at it as it disappeared, as put his "Glaive Of The Draconian". Kyle and Lara let out a sigh of relief as they watched the Necrosis Gargoyle disappear. Vector sat back on his chair, as he put away his Keyblade, and held the World Control Manifestation Blade Doll closely. "We managed to get out of that one... What was that, anyway?" Asked Kyle, asking himself a question out loud.

"...Hmm...it seems...Times have changed since my era." said Saltire, as Sora was took back by this "Huh? what are you--" said Sora, as Saltire said the words "Nevertheless, i WILL attain my revenge, for her sake...i won't...i won't let Keyblade wielders exist anymore!!!!" suddenly, Saltire was powering up, preparing to use all of his strength against Sora who tightened his guard whilst wondering what are the feelings of Saltire's Heart...

Kyle looked up, watching what was going on in the battle with his arms folded. Lara looked on at the battle, as she held her own hands. Seracus looked onward at Saltire, sensing something was amiss within Saltire. Vector drank more water from his water bottle as he held the World Control Manifestation Blade Doll on his lap, playing with it. Alatos was watching on at the battle with a solemn look on his face.

The wolf transformed back into Luke, but this time Luke had the energy and power to carry on and he rushed to Lucy's side. "Lucy! Are you okay? Are you injured?" Luke asked his love despite what Saltire was doing.

 

The rest of my characters watched what was going on and hoped this battle would come to an end and victory would be in their favor.

 

Serenity looked at her father and said, "There is a reason why I came back here, but that will have to wait......Plus I can only tell you about it, and not mother." Serenity said whispering the last part in her father's ear.

"!?!?!?!?" suddenly, Horizont went cold upon hearing why adult Serenity could only tell him something and not her mother, who, in Horizont's eyes, seemed more appropriate.

 

"...This battle has gone on long enough, kid, let's finish this, there can only be...one Key." said Saltire, as Sora replied "I agree, however, there is one thing i will say Saltire: if am a Key then i am not a Key of destruction...i'm a Key, to open doors." said Sora, as he was trying to say to Saltire that he was not a person that would kill and instead he was a person to help and save others.

Serenity looked at Horizont go cold, but it was something that he alone could hear and understand. Kelly wasn't prepared for what Serenity would tell him, and thus had to be kept out of the loop. But it would have to be told after this battle because it leads into the next story.

"...Let me teach you...the Way of the Keyblade." said Saltire, as Sora replied "...The Way...of the Keyblade?" said Sora, as Saltire replied "Yes, an ancient form of performing one final strike upon an enemy using two handed style Keyblade wielding, it is known, by another name...in another World, in a certain country, people call it: Kendo, the Way of the Sword...since the Keyblade IS a sword, this is the best Time to teach you this move Sora, it will help you in the days to come." said Saltire, shocking Sora, as Saltire seemed to have a change of Heart, however, he was channelling all the Darkness he could muster into one final blow using two hands on his Keyblade, he was preparing it for one final swing, Sora, taking Saltire's words to Heart, closed his eyes and sensed the pain of his Heart, by sensing it, Sora could tell that Saltire carried a deep and painful buried Memory inside of him, wanting to help Saltire, Sora mimicked his opponent's movement from start to finish but instead of channelling Darkness, he channelled Light into his Keyblade, this was it: the final clash...of Keyblades...

Kyle looked up, watching what was going on in the battle with his arms folded. Lara looked on at the battle, as she held her own hands. Seracus looked onward at Saltire, sensing something was amiss within Saltire. Vector drank more water from his water bottle as he held the World Control Manifestation Blade Doll on his lap, playing with it. Alatos was watching on at the battle with a solemn look on his face. Lucy looked at Luke with a weak smile. "I'm fine, Luke..." Said Lucy, talking to Luke.

"...Looks like, things are about to end..." said Corazon looking up, as Cloud replied "...Yeah...this will be it...a warrior's death..." said Cloud ominously, as in the air, Sora and Saltire both respectively looked back on their pasts and what led them up to this point, the two also recalled the time they spent together as disciple and master respectively, Saltire wonders to himself, as Sora and him begin their charge against one another, outputting all of the energies that they have through their Keyblades "...Hey...Sora...if it was you...if you knew Lanarciand and everyone else...if you were the one who was charged with destroying the Blue Union...what would...what would YOU have done? if it was Riku, Donald, Goofy, Kairi...if you had lost them then...what would that make you? would you turn into that beast again? or...would you..." thought Saltire, as he and Sora clashed their Keyblades against one another, it was now about one person overpowering the other and both Sora and Saltire were equally matched...

 

Kairi said to everyone "EVERYONE! THIS IS IT!! SORA NEED US!!! HE NEEDS OUR HELP!!!! I BEG OF YOU!!!! RAISE YOUR HANDS IN THE AIR!!!! BOTH OF THEM!!!! GIVE SORA YOUR ENERGY!!!! LET OUR HEARTS OVERCOME HATRED AND REVENGE...AND SEAL AWAY THE EVIL, ONCE, AND FOR ALL!!!!!!!!" shouted out Kairi, as she raised both of her arms up into the sky, giving Sora her energy to make his power stronger.

Kyle raised his hand into the air, and channeled Energy in his hand, and sent it up to Sora. Lara did the same with Kyle, sending her Energy to Sora. Seracus raised his right hand into the air, as the Sigil reappeared on it, and he sent up Energy to Sora. Dai and his friends sent up their Energy to Sora as well, as they gave stern looks. Matilda and Vector sent up their Energy to Sora as well as they looked on. Invisa, and everyone else sent up their Energies, cheering Sora on.

Luke looked at Lucy, 'This is why I don't want a life of fighting. I don't want her to get hurt.' Luke thought in his mind and then he raised both hands up and gave Sora the rest of his power that he could have, without losing all of it at the same time so he didn't spend him up.

 

The rest of my characters followed Kairi's lead and gave what they could to Sora while they also survived by not giving them all of their life force energy in the process.

Pais took Invi's hand and raised his own hands up into the air, Horizont looked up and took both Kelly and adult Serenity's hands, hoping they would raise their hands, as well, waiting for them to do so, Corazon raised hands with Cloud, Tifa and Seifer, Ventus and Terra raised up their hands together, as well, slowly but surely, Sora could feel the Light surrounding him in his Balance Mode and the Light engulfing his Keyblade growing stronger, though it still needed more to fully overpower Saltire, who was still too strong for Sora at this point.

At Castle Crystallis, Elder Tou was standing at the entrance of the castle, along with pupils behind him, and they all sent their Energy to Sora, in a stream of Light. Seracus saw the stream coming in. Invisa looked on in awe as she saw the stream of Energy. Kyle watched on what was happening with a stern look. Lara looked on at the stream of Energy as she felt something. "This is your doing, isn't it, Elder Tou?" Asked Lara, asking herself a question out loud. Lucy sent up her Energy to Sora as well. "... Luke, it's fine, I'm not going to give up fighting, not until I free you of your curse, at least, and you won't stop me." Said Lucy, talking to Luke.

"Sora...finish it.......NOW!!!!!!!!" shouted out Riku...

 

"Everyone........GEERRRAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!" Sora swung his Keyblade down upon Saltire after receiving the last bit of energy from Riku who was the last one to raise up his hands in the air, Saltire, looking on at his successor, could see that his younger self lived on inside Sora and that it was not only Sora that was attacking Saltire but the younger Saltire from the days of the Unions, as well, finally, Saltire was struck by Sora's Keyblade, the former's own Keyblade shattered in half, as Saltire fell from the sky to the ground, Sora following after him, with the last bit of his energy, Saltire tried to pierce Sora's Heart with his broken Keyblade but fell to the ground and was unable to do so, the black coloured White Heart rose that was on Saltire's collar fell off him after falling from the sky and was seen laying next to Saltire, as he had a huge gash on his chest from where Sora struck him, Saltire's blood ran onto the White Heart rose, turning its colour back from black to white, the petals were quickly falling one by one until there were only two left...

 

Zilcasnios and the other Blue Unions looked on in sadness, as they knew this was it, the end of their long ambitions but more importantly especially at this point, at this very moment in time, the end...of Saltire...their friend and saviour...

 

The bandage covering Saltire's side of his face was cut in half, allowing him to see Sora with both of his eyes, as he laid dying, spewing up blood, he said to Sora "...What? aren't you...going...to break...down and...cry...again? i know...i...would heh...bleuagh!!!!" Saltire's life was quickly fading away and fire burning inside of his Heart, representing its life force was quickly dimming, he knew he didn't have much time left...

 

"...No, this time, i don't regret killing someone...its not that i have changed my mind about killing, its just...i sensed your Heart and...it was in pain...from living." said Sora.

 

"...Heh...that's right...you knew...because you had Balance mode..." Saltire replied, however, Sora corrects him "No, it wasn't because of this, its because me and you...we share a bond now, Master Saltire, you taught me so much, i won't-i won't ever forget that, nor my time in .E.M.B.L.E.M...." said Sora.

 

"!? Master? Saltire? ...heh...heh...heh...ha...ha...i'm no...oh...what the...i guess its...okay...Sora...i acknowledge you...i acknowledge...you...after all...you are...The Key...not...The Key...of destruction but...The Key...who opens...doors...doors to...peoples' Hearts...i should know...you certainly opened...mine up..." said Saltire.

 

The rose petals were now down to one, leaving the last petal remaining...

Seracus looked on in sorrow for Saltire, as he folded his arms. Kyle and Lara watched on with stern looks. They were stern about the events happening before them. Elder Tou closed his eyes, as he re-entered Castle Crystallis, thinking about the battle. He was thinking about the past regarding the Unsound War.
