We all know that Xemnas uses the Ethereal Blades as his primary weapon, but my question is, why can't he use a Keyblade? We all know that Xemnas is the Nobody of "Terra-nort" so that's the nobody of two keyblade weilders, so he should be able to use a keyblade, since there's also Roxas and Xion being nobodies and getting to use the keyblades.....

 

If this makes sense, can someone please explain, because i really don't get it

Despite formally being an entity mixed with two beings, and potentially two hearts, Xemnas had no heart. His heart remained with his heartless which we once knew as Ansem Seeker of Darkness.

Even without memories, Roxas is still able to use his Keyblade. With that as evidence, supported with the fact that normal Nobodies can't use Keyblades, as well as the above statements [regarding Roxas having a heart, and Xemnas's lack of one] -- one can indeed assume that having a Keyblade requires just a heart.

While Xion's Keyblade is a Replica, it functions exactly the same.

Yeah, I have to say I completely agree with this theory. Obviously Xemnas's keyblade is in his heart because Riku is able to summon a second keyblade when Ansem SOD (who is Xemnas's heart) is with him.
