bay Reviews Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days (THE MOVIE)

Featured Replies

I probably just read the manga because I can't like the movie and don't have a DS xD

The game is better and more fun than the movie. Plus, you can kick Saix's ass and feel very satisfied.

Great review, man! I thought that the cinematics for Days were superb, but the only thing that really killed it for me was the awkward transition between scenes where there's supposed to be a battle, and then it cuts to the battle already being over! Re:Coded made sure to fix that! But yeah, the lack of action scenes in Days really made the whole thing awkward, but the beating heart of the story, which is Axel, Roxas and Xion, shines through like nothing else! Theirs is a tragic tale, and I just loved how we got more insight into Roxas's character and why things happened the way they did! Xion was a beautifully developed character, and Axel became ever more amazing! I'm sad the other Organization members didn't get as much screentime, but at the end of the day, this is Roxas's story!

But indeed, what mattered the most was remembered the least. A truly tragically beautiful tale! :3
