This could just be me being an idiot..

But I'm struggling to lock onto the Clock during the Phantom Boss battle?

Everything else is fine, my party, the attacks and stuff

I know how to handle the battle

But I even did a quick run to see if I even COULD lock on and for some reason I couldn't.

 

If you keep locking on to Phantom, I suggest switching targets with L2. If you're close enough, you'll most likely target the clock.

I think you might even be able to cast stop if you're just near enough, without locking on. Not so sure though^^

You are probably at low lvl just grind until you are strong enough.

Well, in my case, I always either switch targets with L2 or I release the lock on from the Phantom to then go near the clock tower, lock on to it and cast Stopga on it. That usually does the trick!

you don't have to lock onto the clock, just get near it ad use stop and you should be fine
