Yes they are. They're DLC. Ok, I admit, this comment is outdated, so it's pointless for me to argue, but still. I kind of knew. Same with Beth Phoneix, as well as the Rock & Roll Express. I see that question mark in the title, therefore I'm calling BS on that release date. Besides, he seems to be talking more like it's a rumor than anything.

2K17 was particularly insulting, as half the matches you play, you somehow end up losing via cutscene.
