I am going to post a rant about my life and the things that are surrounding it daily...or semi-daily. I will start from yesterday, and then I will post a rant for today. Feel free to comment.

Yesterday:

PSATs. Mindfiretruck.

I swear some of the stuff on that test was mind boggling. I especially hated the fact that in some parts of the Math section, there was no multiple choice. You literally had to solve the answer, and put the answer on the test sheet. What a drag.

So I come home, and have this new idea in my head. So I try to install this idea, and it takes me several hours just to learn how to install it. Once I do, I realize I messed it up at 11 oclock at night, and just gave up.

Today

So I walk into school with a migraine. I sit down in the cafeteria and try to take a nap before school starts. No luck. These two Sophmore girls sat down at the table I was sitting at and kept bugging me until the bell rung, and the rest of the school day. So when the final bell of the day rings, I walk outside of my class, only to get pushed up against the lockers by some dude I've never met. He told me he saw me flirting with his girlfriend. I look at the dudes clothing, and realize he is a Senior. And I assumed that the girl he was talking about was one of the Sophmores that kept bugging me. Can somebody call Chris Hansen on this guy?

So I push him away from me, and he trips and stumbles. And I walk away, with a major headache.

PSAT's - Easiest test ever.

I got this kindergarten question about PEMDAS. I mean, really?

Some questions, I actually was offended by. Part 5 was the easiest IMO.

However, I admit, some of the vocabulary WAS confusing.

Not all but some.

I agree on the SAT shit. I had mine yesterday, too. I found the Math section easier than the Reading & Writing parts, though. I hate the fact the freakin' sections were timed. I never finished each section.

As for today, I'm glad you pushed that douche away. Hope it doesn't cause consequences though...

Good luck. Wish you the best. C:

While you were dealing with PEMDAS, I was dealing with Geometry and Algebra II.

Not my best subjects, even though I passed them both.

I don't know who the hell wrote the Reading and Writing sections, but they need to get shot. Seriously.

Some of those passages were the most stupid passages I've ever been forced to read in my life. I remember somebody wrote a book about the brain. Boring. Why would we even have to answer questions about a book like that? And making the sections timed made me even more pissed.

Some of the math was easy, I just hated that the second part of the test had very few multiple choice questions.

I'm glad I pushed him too. I would have kicked his ass, but I'm not supposed to (since I'm taking karate), and I just wasn't feeling good. No consequences will be caused, because the dude probably will get his ass kicked if he tries that again :P

Thanks for your good luck wish :D

I'm assuming PSAT's are pre SAT's? Not sure xD I'M JUST A FRESHIE D8

I took an SAT exam in 7th grade, idk why but I did and it was pretty easy imo xD Scored higher than 90% of the highschoolers o-o

I hate when there's no multiple choice D8

At least with multiple choice I can guess and have a 25% of getting it right.

And that Senior was being a douchbag xD I mean seriously what the eff? Hope he doesn't bother you again o-o

The Geometry was easy! xD

I'm taking Algebra II so that was a bit of a challenge haha

One question bothered me the most.

It was the three circles about Sports, Drama, and Music.

It asked:

How many kids are in sports as well as Drama?

It had the answer RIGHT THERE.

21.

That 'x' was totally useless.

PSAT's are pre-SATs, yes.

You are lucky that you got to take it that early..

That's probably back when it was easier. Now, it's hard as hell. The PSAT is nothing compared to the actual SAT itself. It bugs me that they added an Essay section to the SAT, and essays are my greatest weakness.

@VenRox

Well, I took Algebra II when I was a Freshman, and Geometry when I was a Sophmore.

Right now I am taking the most challenging class ever..

Pre Calculus ._.

When I took they had an essay section o-o

And they were ranged from 0-7 I think, maybe 6.

I got like a 5 on my essay xD

I don't hate them, I do fairly well ith essays but some of the prompts are just stupid.

OOooOoOOOo pushing down a big bad Senior! Douchee deserved it though, I guess.

  • Author

Oh. Well that doesn't seem too bad..

But from what I've heard, the SAT is hell. I have to take it this year, so meh. I know I'm going to bomb that essay section. And not bomb in a good way..

In my English class, every essay I write has to be 4-5 pages. This is why I despise essays. And this is why I do not want to take any classes that involve writing in college.

I hate bad essay prompts. I remember I had to write this one essay that was about nationalism. Like what the hell

@Sorage.

He deserved it indeed. He needs to be locked up, because he's technically in a case of stagetory rape, since he's like 19 now. And he's dating 15 year olds.

How did you take the PSAT and then you're going to take the SAT this year??

  • Author

My school wants all Juniors to take the PSAT as "practice".

Juniors don't take the SAT this year. Only seniors do. They either take that or the ACT.

  • Author

I'm taking it so I can send the score to the college that I want to apply to when I apply this year.

So, you're like, ahead of everyone?

  • Author

Correct, that I am. At least most people in my school. But there are freshman in my school with the same classes as me o.e

Well, I'm a sophmore and I have classes with seniors so it's no surprise.

Good job on being ahead of things though. It pays off in the long run.

Oh. I just have another rant to add on for today.

I'm starting to regret getting a cellphone, because people are prank calling the hell out of me.

I just got a prank call less then 5 minutes ago asking me if I want to buy a case of Viagra.

Cellphones are annoying as hell, especially when you are trying to sleep, and someone decides that they want to text you at 1 A.M.

owo.

I had to take that too on Wednesday. D8 -- I took it last year, but this year it's supposed to be counted if as an attempt to help us get national merit scholarships and stuff? o-o Or something.

Ehhh, anyways. I thought it was fairly challenging. But I'm not a fast tester so if I lost any points, the unfinished omits they'll count towards me would hurt my score the most. =3='' --- But there were a few questions on the writing and reading when even after eliminating two or three, I still didn't know what the hell to choose! D8 I was taught, if you can eliminate more than one, answer. But EVEN when I have an SAT book that I've been practicing with, and doing SAT vocabulary every single week in my English classes, I still thought it was hard as hell to decide what answer to freaking pick.

Also, I feel it's better to take the SAT your junior year, and then take it again and again if you wish to get a better score, you have more time to do so. Senior year makes it harder to turn into the colleges, and it's another thing to get out of your way early. That's what I'm doing too. o-o

But seriously, buy the "Official SAT Study Guide" book... it's blue, and big. If I hadn't taken some time to practice with my tutor and by myself over the summer, I wouldn't have been more comfortable with taking the PSAT, and the SAT. It helps a whole lot with getting more familiar with it. It has tons of practice tests, and it does include essays in it too, which could give you somewhat of an idea of what they'll be like. Trust me, it's helped out a whole lot. <3

Don't worry too much though. I bet you will fine witht the SAT. ;3

I've seen most seniors lugging that brick around. xD

Hmm. I think I'll try to get that book. It might help me a lot. Thanks 8D

Anyways, todays rant:

The douche decides to confront this morning. He calls me a cunt and starts pushing on me. So what do I do? I kick his ass.

Luckily, I just had to serve a detention today, but ol douche got suspended.

And then, I decided to turn on the news 10 minutes ago, and I see Bill O'Reilly is stirring up shit again. My English class actually had a debate about him today. My teacher called him "the biggest dick Fox News has known".

I actually got to say my mind about him, and it felt good to say it. "I swear I'm going to send that b*tch Bill O'Reilly a box of Tampex and some tissue, because his time of the month is everyday." My whole class laughed when I said that.

So today was a pretty good day, I kicked someones ass, and I had a laugh.

So...my dear SoraKing decided to copy his master, very well then

I wish I knew what you're talking about xD

but I have some idea of who is this Bill O'Reilly from youtube xD

I lol with vids about him
