Does anyone else use Craigslist.com?

Posted

Well www.craigslist.com is a site, where you can buy and sell stuf locally. You make an add, saying what your selling, or looking for, and there is a bunch of categories to choose from like electronics, toys and games, video games, clothes, etc. Then there is an anomonoys email where people can email saying they're are interested. Then you make a time, date and place to to meet to buy and sell. The best part? Its all local! You can search whereever you live. Any country, state, and part of that state. For example, I live in Smithsburg, MD. So, I go to USA, then go to Maryland state, then click Western Maryland, or Frederick, then search. And adds come up from where they were posted. So say you live in Hagerstown. You will say in the add, "located in Hagerstown." And I live 5 mins from there, so I find a place to meet. I bought a lot of stuff for cheap! For example, two days ago, I got 100 dollars for straight A's. I found a bunch of xbox 360 games for cheap! Spent 80 bucks on good games. Like 20 dollars for CoD MW2, and 10 dollars for CoD MW, etc. Its really cool! If you haven't used it, check it out!

I use it for trolling after being inspired by the guy at Don'tevenreply.com who is also the author of E-mails from an asshole.

Sounds kind of...I dunno, creepy, to me. I mean, meeting some random person you've never met or even talked to before so you can buy stuff from them? :/

It may just be me being paranoid, but I really wouldn't trust it.

@Fred: Oh god...that just gave me a great idea. 8D

Lol, Now I know where you live.

I've heard of it. Never used it though.

Yeah i've use it a lot :P

all i got from this is you wasted 30$ on COD games and no i havn't used it

Well no, I didn't waste any money. I got CoD 4 MW for $10. CoD MW 2 for $20. Velvet Assassin for $10. Madden 10 for $10. Dante's Inferno for $20. And I bought another game. Which is actually really good compared to what they are in stores. Also, I got a psp before for 55 on craigslist. 2000 edition, with 8 games, 2 memory cards, a case, and multi charger, which is extremely good price. So its not a waste really at all.

well that does sound like a good deal.My point was i hate COD games the most i wouls spent for one would be 5$ but people do seem like it

Well I can understand that you hate CoD games. I used to think they were just stupid. I actually hated all shooting games, except for a old game, 007 Golden Eye for the Nintendo 64. Wow such an old game. But that's still my favorite shooting game today. I thought the Call of Duty series were stupid when I played The Big Red One. But once I played Modern Warfare 2's multiplayer, I loved the multiplayer. Sure, the campaign isn't too appealing to me, but its still fun. 007 for N64 is still my favorite shooting game to this day.

i like shooting games but i don't like games that relay on muliplayer to make it good i harly play those games. And golden eye was pretty good
