I think people are saying that Sora's normal combos look slow because that's what it looked like to me. Every other thing, such as the keyblade transformation combos, seem faster.

Looks fine to me. Don’t know what people are talking about. They are in the midst of making final adjustments anyway so it will likely be faster come the release.

The combos look the same to me as in KH2. A gif to compare KH2 and KH3 combos would be great.

Okay now I see what some people mean, but still. This is KH2 endgame Sora vs KH3 first world demo Sora. Once we have the game, Sora will definitely improve his speediness throughout the game.
