It's always a little easier if you insert the pictures into the thread. (:

 

For the first one, his head is too small in comparison to the larger and bulkier body. Leading up to his neck looks off, too.

 

On the second, the background is too plain, and the bottom is pretty much empty, which bugs me in comparison to the crowded top. When you pasted Ven's head to the picture on the left in the back, it looks really off. You couldn't used the re-size button to edit just a little bit.

 

Not too bad, though. (: I could never draw like that first one.

Epic wouldn't be the word

But they're not too bad. Work on the proportions on the first one. The head is teeny tiny while the arms are like the Incredible Hulk.

The second one is just... meh, bad background, badly cut and low quality

Well, to be perfectly honest, it's easy to tell you traced the first one. ;;

The second one...all you really did was mash pictures together. Not very clean, not very easy on the eyes.
