I just beat kingdom hearts (for a third time ever) and basically did easy leveling...+ spirit of the warrior-spirit of the mage.

 

I got oblivion and equipped all the +strenght things i could have...

 

My smacks were killing things in a few hits. If not 1. Defenders (highest level ones) went down in 2 hits.

 

Idk: i was supprised...

 

How did you guys make your sora set up?

 

and for the (insert)up's what did you do with those? give them to only sora? or give them to anyone you felt needed it

Donald i gave all my defense ups.

 

Goofy i gave a few ap ups and strenght ups

 

I gave all strenght ups to sora...

 

63 strenght at level 53 baby!

I mainly used magic for Sora, but i used a couple of strength attacks

 

So, for the Attack-up's, i gave them to Sora

For the Defense up's, i gave them to Sora

For the AP- up's, i gave them to Donald

 

So yeah, Goofy was left out, but he failed, and i don't like him, so i always got rid of him for the party member ayway

Basically i gave all my power, defence and AP ups to Sora unless some other party member desperately needed it

 

But I didn't get rid of goofy cause he had the MP gift ability which came in useful loadsa times

yeah mpgift is amazing... +with double mp rage.

I just gave all the boosts to Sora. Later in the game though I take the time to try to get boosts for everyone else, mainly just AP boosts so they can have all their abilities.

I just made a bunch of Crystal Crowns. Did wonders for their AP. I had every ability on all three of them equipped. I gave all my boosts to Sora, and got him Ultima Weapon.

I agree with you there about Donald and Goofy wasting the items, especilly when the options were set to 'emergency use' only. But I stopped giving them items, since they mostly got knocked out very quickly early in the game. I used all of the stat-ups on sora, and switch from Ultima to the Kingdom Key, mostly to get more of a challenge, but its still fun nonetheless.

The Emergency Only option generally is when they are in critical state, and they are so incompetent that they frequently get in that state. I also stopped giving them items, and basically set all their MP based things to the least frequent option so that they would stop screwing us over.
