Aero upgrades? (Aerora, Aeroaga)

So I'm pretty well into San Fransokyo now, and from what I understand the final worlds will start soon, and so far I have been getting upgrades for every spell EXCEPT Aero. I'm already getting the "-ga's" (Firaga, Waterga, etc.) and I haven't even gotten Aerora yet! Have I missed something, is it an extra bonus you get from a minigame or something? Or does it just upgrade later? I really need this help guys!

    It happens right after Big Hero Six. I thought it was weird I was getting all the -gas before getting all the -ras

    Also Aeroga unlocks REALLY late in, after a long fight in the final world but before the final boss battles
