Nomura did talk about wanting to create a rather LARGE DLC pack for KH3 that is paid for (no specifics on HOW large so it could be anywhere from Final Mix to Expansion Pack) and a few smaller DLC updates that are free. Otherwise no information has been officially confirmed or denied on the side of DLC As for it being run by Tai Yasue...
