Can i ask where this Kingdom Hearts fragment is mentioned ?

It is a theory, the story hasn’t explicitly stated that kingdom hearts fragmented a piece of itself—likely because there wasn’t anyone around to witness the grand fall of Kingdom Hearts. The Keyblade Warriors who fought in this epic battle perished alongside everyone else, and the few children and survivors who awoke afterward had their memories of the war erased, or it was treated like a terrible dream.

Feel free to ask as many questions about my theory that you want, I have taken the time to sit through the entirety of the series’ cutscenes, I’ve completed the entirety of “The Story So Far”, and I have beaten KH3 on proud mode twice. So a should be able to answer most of the questions you have about it. There are only a minuscule amount of inconsistencies with this theory, but they are easily worked around
