If you travel while in drive form it fully restores your bar

I guess I also never bothered because I used it all throughout my playthrough so that I didn't have to grind at the end

If I ran out, I just let it naturally refill

But for grinding the last few levels I did use the travel/room exploit

I do this whenever I grind wisdom

just stick to that black and white world (forgot what it was called brain fart)

I've never had a problem with KH2 Sephiroth

Probably because of all the reaction commands

KH1 Sephiroth is brutal though
