I THOUGHT 3D HAPPENS AFTER KH CODED (RE) BUT ITS NOT I DONT KNOW WHAT STORY LINE IT IS.

 

 

 

I disagreeI think it will come out shortly after the 3DS or the same day because it is a release title so a year after would not make much sense would it?

 

The game's not a release title. In fact, it was just announced 5 months ago, at E3. That's nowhere near the amount of time needed to make a game like that. For a GBA game maybe, but definitely not for a 3DS.

 

well how do you know that they havent been working on it for a while when they announce it it is usually halfway or in the final stages of production it may already be done and they are just teasing us with small information plus release title if it came out a year or two after it would just be unleashed in a sea of other games and may not even stand out so best to release it early

 

Because what they showed was a tech demo. Something that wasn't intended to even be close to the final product, but to help show off the capabilities of the 3DS.

 

well that could be but it could also be that they showed the pics to keep from any spoilers on what the game might be about untill the last minute like square usually does

 

It was clearly a tech demo to show off the 3DSs capabilities. There's no real reason for Sora and Riku to be in their KH1 outfits, so, obviously, those are most likely placeholders for the KH2 models, the images were taken to show off what the development team can do with the 3DS, not showing what the final product will be.

Also, KH3D's announcement date is TBA (but sometime in 2011), while all the launch titles for the 3DS are in Q2 (or April - June), you know, when the 3DS launches.

Well, Nintendo approached Nomura and asked him to make a game specifically for their console, so they've obviously been working on it for a bit, but it won't be a launch title, not if they'd only churned out the tech demo for E3.

And yet, it's not confirmed as a release title, unlike games such as nintendogs + cats which is a confirmed release titles. I even have a list of titles and their releases: http://www.codename-revolution.com/releases.php and would you look at that, 3D is in TBA.

Have you ever considered researching the gaming industry or the development/production process? Because you should do that before jumping to conclusions. The last KH game that took less than a year to make (not counting remakes or Final Mixes) was Chain of Memories, on the GBA. It takes roughly 4 years to complete main games (KH1, KH2, BBS), and side games/bridge games take roughly between 2-3 years now, since the GBA is essentially obsolete. I wouldn't expect 3D until late 2012.

 

There was no indication of 3D being a launch title, and with common sense, it should be obvious that it wouldn't be. The lineup was what games we could expect for that platform.

Days and Re:Coded both had very short development cycles.

Anyways, yes, it takes place after Re:Coded. The nobodies weren't defeated at the end of KH2, just the Organization so the Twilight Thorn can be still alive. There can be more than just 1 of them like Darkside

They can think and plan, yes, but they don't seem capable of things like reasoning, which is why the Organization had to give them driectives.

i was thinking that a pureblood heartless couldn't make a full-formed self aware nobody like the organization, but i digress. =/ i know there were purebloods before.

i like the idea of impostors.
