I, honestly, have never asked anyone out. ^^; I'm sort of shy about that, and I usually wait for the guy to ask ME out, so yeah.. But usually it helps to just be friends with the person. I've never liked anyone who I haven't been friends with. I'm honestly not into that "ooh, he's cute, I've never met him, but I like him just cuz he's cute". That bugs the hell out of me. You should at least KNOW a person before you like them.
