Cloud has a messed up head, you aren't supposed to know what's going on with him until later in the games

But I feel like there were a looot more visions compared to the original

New people, you included in this one, are experiencing what the old ones did with the og

The issue I think and I hate saying it

Is that it's segmented

Like in the original, it was all in one game so doing the same here frustrates me

Zack wasn't something that was revealed until way later in the og, and that was a very short segment there. CC is the one that went through the whole story and made people like Zack to begin with.

I am glad they showed him here. It's a tease for the sequel. A hook for new players, but a reference to the old ones.

I wouldn't have minded showing a bit more, but I am happy with what they did.

I do wish Rufus was teased earlier, but that's about it with him

He's the presidents son and he took over the company

Because it felt so out of nowhere for him to show up

And his personality seems pretty boring. Like he just comes off as a two bit egotistical villain

So it's hard to feel invested in him. Not a great first impression character wise

Are you invested in the characters you are playing as, because if not I would personally not play more of it

Honestly, I'm not even sure. Cloud I'm sorta invested in. Tifa I guess? Idk. Barret was cool but he doesn't feel necessary for the party to me honestly. And Aerith is in a really weird place for me

Like by the end, I found her annoying with how overtly vague she was being
