Anyway, I noticed when KH2 came out that Roxas and Sora look the same. At first we all thought it was because he was Soras Nobody. But, he ended up being Ven's Nobody, because if he was Sora's then he would look EXACTLY like Sora. So, when they made KH2, were they already planning Birth by Sleep? I mean because Roxas/Ventus look EXACTLY like Sora except there hair is different. But there face is the same. So did they know that they were going to make Ventus when they were making KH2? And did they know that Ventus and Sora were going to look exactly the same? Sorry if you don't understand what I'm saying.

Nope. It was more like the decision was made between KH2 and KH2FM's release, since Ven was first seen in the KH2FM secret ending.

Ehm... No they don't. It is many similarities between them but they do not look exactly the same.

By looking at the picture you can see that the hair isn't the only difference between those two.

Sora's nose is bigger their mouths are different, and there's also a few other differences there.

Roxs is still Sora's nobody, however, they were planning BBS along the process of KH2

I thought they confirmed that the reason Sora looks like Ventus is because of their connection before he was born, and that is also why Vanitus looks like Sora (But evil). I got really sidetracked. Lol.

Roxas always will be Sora's Nobody, he is in no way Ventus's Nobody, however, he looks like Ventus because

In Birth By Sleep, after Ventus destroyed the X-Blade, his heart wandered and found it's way to Sora's Station of Awakening, where Sora took in Ventus' weakened heart. When Sora released his heart, Kairi's returned to her body, Sora's turned into a Heartless, while Ventus' heart stayed in Sora's body. Because there was no heart to affect Sora's new Nobody except for Ventus', it caused Sora's Nobody to take on the appearance of Ventus.

Is it weird if I NEVER saw the similarities in Sora and Roxas/and or Ven? They look like two completely different people to me. e.o;;;

Roxas and Sora are similarly structured, Roxas' face is basicly Sora's face but squashed a little vertically.

Vanitas looks like Sora because they were connected, but thats not why Ven and Sora are alike. And Namine comes from both Kairi and Sora, so she doesn't look exactly like Kairi.

 

Exactly. Sora healed Ventus' heart before being born. Because of that connection, they look similar. Sora took on physical and emotional traits of Ventus'.
