November 27, 201014 yr Final Mixes are essentially including what Nomura didn't have time for in the NA version, or new ideas. BBS isn't as major a release though, compared to KH2FM.

November 27, 201014 yr It's because that the Japansese version did not have the Mysterious Figure so Nomura made a Final Mix for the Japansese.(At least that's part of the reason)

No, that Lingering Sentiment is in the Mirage Arena. the new release pic is a mission it says so in the Articles that was posted today the only new secret boss are monstro and the armored man (which may or may not be Eraqus) If I recall correctly, the Lingering Sentiment holds Eraqus' Keyblade, so it should be Eraqus' Lingering Sentiment.
