He couldn't get into the Final World without powerful magic in the first place, and it's the Nameless Star that creates the portal to Quadratum in the first place so, I don't think he can just "go there" whenever

I predict in 4, Quadtratum will experience a cataclysmic event that will make the world fold in unto itself similar to the ending of UC, idk what it will be, but something will trigger it, and that's when it's time to open the box.
