black mages in FFXIV usually have to stay in their rune for their spell speed buff. In my lore she thinks that all other black mages are dumb as firetruck and she draws the runes on her gloves or shoes

so her rune always follows her

Machinist got absolutely firetrucked. bard, dancer, red mage and summoner are all so low because they offer insane party utility. machinist doesn't really have party utility and should therefore do more dps

bosses have an 11 minute enrage timer. means they one shot everyone if you can't beat them after 11 minutes.

which is why dps is important

but right now

the bosses just die 1-2 minutes earlier

because they are undertuned

and it will get even faster with better gear in the next weeks

arcadion is the current raid

in the first week the double amount of players cleared the raid compared to asphodelos (endwalkers first raid)

due to bosses being undertuned

I honestly don't care about the balance because I don't play with random players. I have my friend group
