Ok wee all know that ven's heart is inside sora and sora has to rerurn it back in order to do that he has to release it out of him with he's keyblade but when he do thath wonth he became a heartless again?I'm so confuse

No, because Sora has his own heart. He will only be giving Ventus his heart back.

In KH1, Sora used the Keyblade of People's Hearts to release Kairi's heart from within him. This also released Sora's heart, and unleashed the darkness within it, causing it to become a Heartless.

Ven's heart stayed within Sora's body, thus creating Roxas. Kairi then used her unique abilities as a Princess of Heart to forge Sora a new body and soul identical to the one he lost.

When the time comes to release Ventus's heart, Sora will likely have to do a little Dive to the Heart to remove Ventus's heart from his own (which is how Ventus's heart ended up within Sora's anyway). Ventus's heart will probably then return to his body just fine.

Stabbing yourself with a keyblade is a good way to release a heart, but Ventus can be convinced to just leave.

^^ Haha I doubt it will be as simple as asking him to just leave, but the idea fits. He more than likely will not need to stab himself again, a Dive into the Heart should do the trick.

Keyblade Masters have the ability to extract hearts. Asides from that, like Sir Adamus said, it's possible that Ven's heart can just be coerced to leave, once he's ready, considering that we've already seen Ven's heart leave his body on it's own.

So, Ven's heart basically performed the Keyblade initiation thingy by choosing Sora as a protector.

Ven's heart is the reason that Sora and Roxas can wield two keyblades; one of them is Sora's own keyblade, and the other is Ven's. So yes, if they separated they would each still be able to wield a keyblade.

 

As for the heart thing...Ventus' heart is damaged (no pun intended) or something, right? But either way, I don't think Sora would need to turn into a heartless or anything to release it, the reason he fused with Sora's was because his heart was damaged, so he'd probably just go back to his body once they found it or whatever they plan on happening.
