So I just watched the English Gameplay of Re Coded and the battle sounds didn't sound like Sora, but in the cutscenes it sounds like Haley Joel Osment. Is it?

I know what you mean, lol. But what else are they supposed to do? They can't have the same battle cries throughtout the whole series.
