Am worried the Drive forms are gonna replace Formchanges in kh4...

Osaka was handling side games while Tokyo "worked" on KH3(during the whole spread thin era so not too much work) and then eventually Osaka just took over for main dev of KH3

Basically Square sucks at micro-managing.

Eh my thing with the form changes was I just liked being able to choose what to go and when, not have to play combat a certain way and hope the roulette wheel gives me what I want

I liked that the Drive Forms had each mechanical but also narrative utility and meaning behind them

I wish we knew more about this "Construct/Deconstruct" thing that got mentioned ages ago

Or did I hallucinate that concept?

I mean gameplay wise

In kh 3 Sora is at his peak

on power

And make sense story wise

Going back to drive forms is weird

I dont want to depend of party members to use them

Come to think of it they can't even go back to drive forms if sora doesn't have party members

But...Sora needed his clothes for formchanges?

I think from a narrative perspective as well, it doesn't entirely make sense for Sora to be able to use the same abilities in Quadratum, which I think will prevent drive forms being a thing?

in kh 3 his clothes changes with each formchange

I really hope his KH4 outfit get reworked...a bit

Besides, KH3 already got rid of the peak that was KH2 Sora's outfit so idc what they do 😔

I feel like there's something of a meta reasoning behind having Sora look more FF-esque in Quadratum

If he is ever to return to KH side of the world I'd be interested to see if his model if adjusted to show that change

in the same sort of way that his Re:Mind model was more detailed

Now is just...normal

I feel that kinda adds to the uniqueness tho
