So when one year later Riku (presumably) arrives in Quadratum, does Sora also experienced living one year then, but did not age during that (which funnily enough would kinda balance his time sleeping in the pod between CoM and KH2), or were for Sora just a few weeks passing by then.
Quadratum is as steriz described. Afterlife world for her and sora (and certain others) aka they dont age ehile for the natural residents there its their earth
They are in the afterlife so they are dead just hanging out among the living
She described it very vaguely (" its similiar to an "afterworld", i suppose. " were her exact words), also even the concept of afterlife itself is ambiguous (it could mean living/existing forever in another realm, could also mean being reborn/reincarnated directly, or after some time, or after you lived/existed in another realm for some time...).
Also strictly speaking the concept of afterlife is independent of how time flows (though should it be the case that Quadratum is based on the specific concept of afterlife, where you live/exist forever and dont age, it would indeed be intuitive that time flows with the same rate there), but deriving, that Quadratum is the 'dont age forever' concept of afterlive, from just Strelitzias short sentence seems overhasty to me.
