His father looked up at him.

"Dad..." His father dropped the sword with a clang. Quentin slowly hugged him.

"You're mother would be proud." he said, Quentin nodded. he felt a tear slip. Azura smiled. Suddenly everything got dark. Quentin let go, his father looked up. Quentin stood next to Azura, her hand went in his.

"I have a bad feeling about this." Quentin said, suddenly Quentin saw the darkness, there was a strange aura around the ground. Quentin gripped the pistol in his holster... Ashton looked up and summoned his keyblade. Azura did he same, she gripped Quentin's hand tightly.

Dark shadows were forming all around them.

'Little did we know... that was just the begginning.'

Yellow eyes rose up from the liquid like creature, a guard tried to attack one, he touched it and then fell down, his heart went out. The other guards were smarter to use weapons. Ashton slashed at one of them, and then used a strike raid on another.

 

Quentin saw all of this and his father on the floor.

"Azura, you and Ashton need to get out of here, I need to help my father." Quentin said, she looked at him.

"Azura, go-" She kissed him.

Azura kissed Quentin in the lips.After a while she letted go and looked at him straight in the eyes."I'm not going to leave you here to fight off alone."Azura says.The creatures came in closer.Azura got her blade ready."Let's get this show on the road."Azura says.Some of the creatures jumped.Azura thinks and threw her blade.An aura surrounded it and it slashed right through five of the creatures.The blade returned to her hand."What was-"Azura asks when she is interrupted."Shooting star."a voice says.Azura smirks and slashes more creatures."What are these things?"Azura asks.

'' My guesses their ceatures from the darkness.''said Ashton as he slashed one of them. They just kept on comeing.'' Azura. Quentin is strong. Besides he has magic.''said Ashton as he grabbed Azura and turned into feathers. Quentin was left to fight the black creatures.

Ashton and Azura appeared in the north kingdom again.'' I'm sorry, but Quentin said.''

Quentin saw them dissapear,

'Goodbye' He thought for he moment. Quentin walked over to his father who seemed to be in a daze and helped him stand, his uncle Kazac was near shooting off shadows, while they had five guards. Quentin couldn't use his newly aquired keyblade for the moment and instead used the pistol.

"Alright, we need to get to the castle, then we can call for backup." Uncle Kazac said, Quentin nodded. They kept trudging along.

"We better get there soon."

Azura steared at him and got and angry look on her face."Are you nuts?!He's alone in there with those things!He could get hurt!"Azura says out of anger.After a few moments she calmed down and satted down.She looked out the window and saw the sky still blue."I'm just worried and concerened...I don't want him to get hurt.I know he can fight and win.But I just care to much..."Azura says calmly.She looked out hoping Quentin was OK.

IN A DARK ROOM

'' So the three have appeared.'' said a girl

'' I see. Let me kill them with my earth powers'' said a man

' In due time. We'll set out and kill them.'' said a man.

AT THE NORTH KINGDOM

'' Azura do you remememeber when we use to play together when we were little.''said Ashton.

His uncle laughed.

"Just like hunting when we were boys eh Set." He said, Set slowly nodded and kept mumbling something. More waves kept on coming, Quentin tried his best but they already killed three/five guards. Quentin ran out of ammo, he summoned his keyblade.

"Alrigth... Swirly Vortex!" Quentin yelled, nothing.

"Er... Grim Reaper!" He yelled. His father stared at him.

"Oh for pete sake, say something basic." He said. Quentin nodded. he pointed the keyblade.

"...Fire." quentin said sadly. A orange flaming sphere went straight out of his keyblade. After a ew minutes, they finally got to the castle and shutted the gate. They quickly got settled in, his father was sprowled out on a couch.

 

Quentin hurried to the communication gear, he called the north Castle.

"North Castle, this is west, do you copy?" Quentin asked.

Azura looked at him."Yeah.I remember.I would get tired easily because you inisited on me always being the one to chase in the game of tag."Azura says.She looks outside."We played hide-and-seek,we went through the gardens,but everything changed when my home was destroyed.Correct?I didn't ate in days.I didn't sleep.I didn't even came outside of my room...but that is all the past now."Azura says.Azura heard a phone ring.She picked it up."Um,hello?"Azura asks.

"Azura, you're alright, it' me Quentin." Quentin said in the gear. She sounded happy on the other end.

"Me dad and uncle, got into the castle, we're alright, for now atleast." Quentin said.

-Meanwhile-

"I never thought it'd happen." Set said staring up, Kazac looked at him.

"You knew?"

"...I supposed it was true... the Heartless, that old man was right."

"That's good Quentin.Me and Ashton are in the north castle.Everything seems normal here for the moment."Azura syas.She was happy that he was OK and allright."Those creatures.What were they?They could appear again.I could go and check around the libraries of this castle to see if I can find something."Azura says.She looked at Ashton."What should we do now?"Azura asks.She was wondeirng what were these creatures.And what kind of enemies would they have to face now.If there were any more enemies.

'' I don't know. Lets go check the libary and see if there's anything on those dark creatures.''said Ashton as he and Azura started walking to the room.

They got there under five minutes.'' It'll be another 5 days before Quentin gets here. If he rests then it'll take him 10.''said Ashton as he founded a book on those creatures.'' Heres. Its in south writeing. I think you can read it.''

"Bye Quentin.See ya soon."Azura says.Then Ashton and her went to the library.Azura saw Ashton pull out a book with southern writting on it.Azura took the book in her hand and started to read.

 

" 'Heartless.Creatures created by negative emotions that lurk around the person's heart.These negative emotions are of all kinds.Hatred,jelousy,lust,anything that brings negativity in the air.That mixed up with the feeling of darkness.These creatures come to be.They steal people's hearts.They attack anyone and anything that they consider as an eney.And show no emotion when they do it.There for these creatures have been declared and named,Heartless.As far as we know.Only a weapon of light can defeat these creatures.But sadly.There is none.' "Azura reads.

 

She looks at her keyblade."Until now."Azura says.

Quentin hung the phone up. He turned to his uncle and father.

"Dad... uncle, what's going on?" Quentin asked, his father breathed in.

"it first started two years before you were born. My country was just starting out..."

Seventeen Years ago...

 

Set walked into the world meeting room. It was where are the world leaders would meet up to negotiate and settle disputes. Set sat down in his chair.

"So Set, how's mira doing?" one of them asked, Set looked at him.

"Great actually, we're finally deciding on a wedding date." He smiled. they nodded.

"Be sure to invite me."

Finally the four King and Queens from the north, South, East, and West came in. They sat in they're chairs. The west and East had finally gotten over they're war.

"Alright, our first matter of business, We must settle the east and western kingdom's rebuilding." The leader of the comittee said, Set nodded.

"Therefor, we shall all send a large amount of our tresuries to restore the west, and then the east." he said, Set raised his hand.

"Yes?"

"What if we can't afford to pay for this... 'restoration'?" Set asked, The leader looked at him.

"Set, every country must do they're part. Even our newest countries... If you cannot afford it, we will put you on a payment plan(As in debt) till you can finish the morgage." The leader said, Set looked down.

'Damn, We can barely pay for food to begin with...' Set thought.

"Agreed?" Everyone(Except for Set) raised they're hands in agreement.

"Good, now back to our other meaning of buissness. We have a visitor who comes to tell us about another threat." He sad. the door openned, and an old man walkd into the room, he was blind.

"Greeting gentleman, I am Visari, I have came to bring you a warning." He said. everyone seemed rather skeptical.

"I have seen horrible things in the future, dark creatures, they are called, the heartless. I have seen them, they are so real..." He said.

"What proof do you have old man?" the rather rude southern king asked.

'Southerns... no manners at all.' Set thought to himself. The old man came with a strange documentery he played it on the projector in the room, he showed pictures created facts to support it. In the end, only Set believed him... barely.

"What is it you want? Money?" the comitee chairman asked.

"No, tto better prepare yourselves. In 17 years from now, these creatures will come, they will destroy all... unless you can protect yourself." He said, soem of the world leaders started laughing.

"Right, we'll be sure to call you then." the chairman said pushing the old man out. This stayed wih Set.

 

"It''s then I realised, the only way to protect the world... is to rule it, nobody believe the old man but me... I started considering plans and maybe a way to protect ourselves... but your mother died, and I realised I had to take control, since I also soon found out the south wanted our land... they wanted to use it to make they're weapons, they're war machines... the Southern king was about to declare war... until we quickly took over the east and then invaded..." He said. Quentin was shocked, the heartless were real, and Azura's father realy did want control. His father tried to stand. He finally got up.

"Alright, I believe you dad." Quentin said, his father noded.

"Oh... if you see Azura, could not tell her about her father?" Quentin asked, Set smiled.

"I know how you feel about her... it'll just be our little secret." he said. Quentin nodded.

"Quentin, I'm proud of what you've done against me, you remind me of you're mother... always such a rebel." He said, Quentin nodded.

"So was this the same old man who forged the keylades?" Quentin asked, Set nodded.

"Yes, he came to me and showed me them, I demanded them, but he wouldn't give them to me, he only told me they could save our land... Our planet." Set then said.

"It seems that these creatures are made out of pure darkness and negative emotions.I need to tell this to Quentin."Azura says.She walks downstairs and calls Quentin."Quentin.Those things that attacked us.They're called 'Heartless'.They're creatures created by negative emotions along with darkness.They must have been created as the emotions were mixed as we faught."Azura says.Suddenly,Heartless appear."Um,I'll have to call you back.We have some company."Azura says as she hangs up."Ashton!Heartless!"Azura says.

'' Feather shot.'' yelled Ashton as he destoryed the heartless.'' These things are getting annoying. I hope the cites won't be destoryed by these things.''said Ashton as he sat on the sofa. He then calls the rebels to wanr them about the heartless. Then they got a call from Quentin, but this time it was Set.

"Alright Azura, thanks for the info." Quentin said.

"ok, bye." Quentin said putting the phone down. He walked over and grabbed a bag and started getting some supplies.

"Dad, I can't stay here, they need my help." quentin said, Set nodded.

"Do what you feel is right." He said, Quentin nodded. He walked around the castle and found... a motorcycle in the garage, it looked like it would work in sand.

"Dad, Uncle, don't kill eachother." Quentin said, Set and Kazac nodded. Quentin then started up the bike and got moving, for protaction, he had a magnum, and his keyblade.

-Meanwhile-

Set walked over to the phone and dialed the numbers. Ashton picked p the phone.

"Ashton it's me." He said. He heard Ashton sigh.

"Quentin is coming you're way, he'll get there eventually." Set said.

"Ashton... I'm sorry, for what I did... I know you can never forgive me."

Azura letted Ashton deal with the phone call.Meanwhile she went on her own and started to invistigate the castle around.She saw a door that ledded outside.She went through it and saw it ledded to a garden.Azura walked around.It seemed that it haden't been weded or taken care of in years.Obviously.Azura walked around and saw the most beautiful red roses.She got near them and sniffed them.They smelled amazing.

Ashton finished things on the phone. Ashton then follows Azura.

He then stands next to her.'' Those roses. their still alive. That means theres love in the air.''said Ashton as he pick up one and gave it to Azura.'' Here you go. Just like the last time i did it.'' said Ashton as he picked up one for hinshelf

Quentin pulled his hood up and started moving, there were heartless in the way, that kept trying to jump on, but Quentin kept avoiding, he ducked under a jump attack. and then slashed one with his keyblade. Quentin pulled out his gun and started shooting ones infront of the road. After about an hour Quentinn was out of the city, and pretty far from it. He pulled out his phone, he called Azura.

"Anything going on?"

Azura takes the flower."Thanks."Azura says.She smell the flower.She looks up at the sky and smiles.She hears the phone ring.She stood up,went inside and picked it up.It was Quentin."Hey.Just a few heartless attacked.But Ashton took care of them.Besides that.Everything is normal and OK."Azura says as she looks outside."By the way.Are you on yoru way here?Where are you passing by at the moment?"Azura asks.

"It should take me maybe a day or two... I'm oassing by a large spring... is this where the west get's they're power cause I see conductors." Quentin said. He looked around and saw some more heartless around, Quentin tried his best to drive and not hit them.

"Anyways, it's going well, when I get there we'll need to work on a plan." Quentin said. he then drove for five minutes to talking to her about all of this. He looked out and saw a large group of heartless in a town he needed to pass through.

"I'll get there when I get there, I love you, bye."

"Love you too."Azura says as she hangs up.She looks around and thinks."I would love to return home when all of this is over..."Azura says remembering of her home back in the south kingdom."There grows the most beautifull blue roses..."Azura says as she walks around the castle.She goes outside and walks around the garden.She keeps walking trying to relax a little bit.

Quentin stopped for a moment. he needed to think what to do to get pass the heartless. He got an idea from looking at the layout and got back onto the cycle.

Quentin kept driving till he finally got in contact with some heartless. He sumoned his keyblade in his left hand and slashed at any heartless that came near him. He was starting to get use to the key that randomly appears in his hand when he needs it.

He casted three blizzards and kept moving. He then saw that a building was about to colapse... over him.

'Oh dear...' Quentin thought, he stepped on the gas. He got away from the building that fell over, then he saw Heartless come out through it's shattered windows onto the road, they seemed to be vehiclelike... now it was a chase.

Azura finally gets to realx after so much.She hopes that Quentin was alright."I hope he dosn't enocunter that much trouble in the way..."Azura says.She gets to the farthest place in the garden.She was about ti turn back when she saw that she was surrounded by Heartless.She got her keyblade ready."OK Heartless.Let's see what you're made of."Azura says as she charges at the Heartless and starts to fight them off.

(Molossus keeps on playing)

Quentin did his best not to crash and for his first time on a motorcycle, this was pretty good. One heartless jumped at him, he duckd and then slashed at it. the dissintegrated into darkness. Quentin saw that more of the buildings were colapsing and the area on the road was blocked, Quentin drove towards one of the colapsing skyscrapers and drove it like a ramp. he pressed harder on the pedle and got over the gate.

"Few." Quentin said, he felt sweat was dripping. he noticed it was grtting dark, he continued for half an hour and then stopped and dissmounted by a tree. He didn't see any heartless around. Quentin slowly pulled out his phone, waiting for any calls.

Azura kicked a Heartless away.Then she slashed another.She threw her blade and it passed through 8 different Heartless at once,killing them.Azura jumped up and brought her blade down.Killing the Heartless.She tripped as she felt her leg being grabed by something.She saw dark claws trying to bring her inside a dark portal created by the heartless.She kicks the Heartless and kills it.The heartless were dead.She sighs and walks back to the castle.She gets there and sees that her leg was scratched by the Heartless and it was bleeding.She took out the last of the bandages and wrapped it up.
