His father looked up at him.

"Dad..." His father dropped the sword with a clang. Quentin slowly hugged him.

"You're mother would be proud." he said, Quentin nodded. he felt a tear slip. Azura smiled. Suddenly everything got dark. Quentin let go, his father looked up. Quentin stood next to Azura, her hand went in his.

"I have a bad feeling about this." Quentin said, suddenly Quentin saw the darkness, there was a strange aura around the ground. Quentin gripped the pistol in his holster... Ashton looked up and summoned his keyblade. Azura did he same, she gripped Quentin's hand tightly.

Dark shadows were forming all around them.

'Little did we know... that was just the begginning.'

Yellow eyes rose up from the liquid like creature, a guard tried to attack one, he touched it and then fell down, his heart went out. The other guards were smarter to use weapons. Ashton slashed at one of them, and then used a strike raid on another.

 

Quentin saw all of this and his father on the floor.

"Azura, you and Ashton need to get out of here, I need to help my father." Quentin said, she looked at him.

"Azura, go-" She kissed him.

"What do you want from me?" Quentin asked, the man stared at him.

"You can weild the keyblade." He said, Quentin's keyblade suddenly formed on the ground. Nagoto examined it.

"Yeah, I can also shoot things but that's nothing huh?" Quentin said, Angel hit him.

"Angel... calm down, he can't do anything." He said. Angel backed off.

"We may control the heartless... but now all of it, there are some people the heartless listen too, and we are slowly loosing more and more each day."

"Master it's not you're fault." Angel said respectively.

"I know, but I must take some of it... we located these targets, But they're heartless will not allow us to end them." He said. Quentin stared at him.

"So you need me to defeat these heartless, and destroy these targets?" Quentin asked, Nagoto nodded.

"We wish you to join us, then you can end this dreaded conflict." He said. Quentin seemed unsured.

"But you attacked Azura and Ashton... why would I join you?" Quentin asked, Nagoto knew he'd ask this.

"Simple, if you do not help us... they'll be killed on the spot." Quentin gasped.

'I... can't let them do this...' Quentin thought. he looked up.

"Fine."

'' No not fine. We'll going to break you. Once your broken. We'll rebuild as a member of brotherhood.''said Nagoto as he waved his hand and Gaia and Angel drag him on the floor.

Angel then put him on a wall and Gaia made the earth tape his hands to the wall.'' Do it Angel.''said Gaia.

'' Don't worry boy. Now you'll be part of brotherhood.''said Angel as she went up to Quentin.

-about 1 hour later-

Angel comes out. Gaia follows her and behind him is Quentin who just became evil.

Then Azura appeared in the middle of the war that was going on.Just when the south kingdom was being attacked.She saw the guards take her away and her parents run to the other way.She followed her parents to see what happened.She saw the enemy come in and kill without mercy.She saw when Set captured her parents and had tjem on their knees."Set!What are you doing?!"Her dad asks.Set looked like nothing and slashes them and cutted their heads off.Azura's eyes widen."No...NO!!!!"Azura says.

 

 

Azura wakes up sweating,gasping for air and shaking.

Quentin slowly looked towards Nagoto.

"Excellant, we have a seventh..." He said. Quentin looked at him. He still had his usual personality, but his eyes were turned yellow.

"Yes... master." Quentin said. Nagoto smiled.

"Very good, take this, it is you're new 'range' weapon." He said. He handed Quetin a black pistol. Quentin took it.

"It uses the power of darkness to dismantle heartless and humans alike, you're keyblade remains the same however." He said. Quentin nodded.

"Don't fix what isn't broken master." Quentin said, Nagoto smiled.

"You're gonna be an excellant addition to the team." He said. Quentin nodded.

"Rise lord... Victor." Quentin slowly stood up.

"You arecharged with the task of destroying those who upset the balance of control over the heartless... You will return here, with each new destroyed leader... The first one is in the slums of the old southern kingdom... go now." He said, Quentin nodded.

"One last thing... you'll meet Gaia there, he'll tell you of the current situation." He said. Quentin nodded. he stood up and slowly walked out.

Azura helded her face in her hands.She tried to clam down but she was shaking.She tried to think of something to calm down.She remembered when she and Quentin wnet to the ball.She remembered that thy danced.And that they enjoyed every second of it.That they went to the balcony and kissed.She smiles at the memory and llooked outside the window.She hugged her knees and looked outside."Be safe.Quentin."Azura says.

Ashton then comes in.'' Hey you alright.''asked Ashton as he sat next to her. Ashton feared that something bad must have happened to Quentin. Ashton then waited for Azura's repsone.

Gaia saw Quentin come.'' Good. You uncle is one of the tragets. If you don't have any fear then you can kill him without mercy.''said Gaia as he waited for Quentin's answer.

Quentin slowly brought his hood up, he was dressed in the same clothes except his green shirt charged from bright green, to black. and the crown emblem became the symbol of the brotherhood... an hourglass. Quentin had scars from what angel did to him... he rememberred bits and pieces of the moment. He walked over to a motorcycle and got on... He wasn't capable of creating corridor's of darkness but he could handle the bike well, and they adjusted it to be faster. Quentin slowly revved up the engines and started out of the base, they were precisely inbetween the four old kingdoms... many small countries use to border them but they were all wiped out years ago. After about thirty minutes of travelling he got into the Southern capital... he walked towards a sign that pointed to the area of the slums... He walked through. There was a man waiting for him... Gaia.

Gaia saw Quentin come.'' Good. You uncle is one of the tragets. If you don't have any fear then you can kill him without mercy.''said Gaia, Quentin nodded.

"I don't remember the old man taking control of heartless." Quentin said, Gaia shrugged.

"Well get the job done first, then you can duscuss this with the master." He said. Quentin nodded. He walked into the slums and towards someone, he turned towards Quentin.

 

"I knew they'd send you... the others do as well." He said. he had an eye patch and was famished. Quentin stepped towards him.

"Why do you take control of the heartless, the brotherhood is they're true master." Quentin said, the man laughed.

"The brotherhood, or Nagoto? I take control of the heartless, so they may be destroyed when the keybearers come." he said standing up.

"So it's good I arrived." Quenti said pulling out his keyblade and pistol. the man nodded and then yelled out.

"Now!" He yelled, dark shadowy heartless appeared around him. He stood in the back with a pistol shoting. Quentin blasted the heartless and got behind cover.

"I guess he wants to die the hard way." Quentin said blasting at heartless coming by.

Azura looked at Ashton."Yeah.I'm fine.Just a simple nightmare...about my parents' murder."Azura says as she holds her head.She thinks and shakes her head.She looks at him."I just felt like if smething bad just suddenly happened and so..."Azura says.She putted her hand in her heart.She felt it beat really hard and fast.She breathed softly and calmly.She looked at Ashton.

'' Whats wrong. You can tell me. I'll understand.''said Ashton as he was worried about Azura.'' You can't help me. You love Ashton.''said Angel as she said that in Azura's mind. Angel had ways of doing things.

-meanwhile-

The guy sented more heartless after Quentin.'' You can't defeat me boy.''said the man as he started walking up to Quentin with a blade out.

The man tried to slice at Quentin, but he blocked. Quentinslashed at his left but the man deflected it. He tried to stab, Quentin ducked and shot at his feet. The man stood in shock, Quentin then immediately stabbed his keyblade into the man. Everything went white (As in assassin's creed.)

"You... killed me?" Quentin nodded.

"You threatenned the brotherhood with you're crazy schemes, now you can rest easy, knowing they will never happen." Quentin said, the man slowly laughed.

"I remember you... you're that boy that was in love with Princess Azura..." Quentin stared at him.

'I'm doing this to protect her...' Quentin thought.

"You were in the rebellion, you built the weapons in it... where are they now?" Quentin asked, the man stared at him.

"I am but a humble man... what I did, was for the people... of the southern region, and for my 'brothers'." He said. Quentin stared at him.

"Brothers... they're are more that follow you're cause? Who are they?" Quentin asked. The man laughed.

"They will reveal themselves to you in time... assassin." He said. It suddenly got brighter and then the whiteness dissapeared. Quentn stood up, the heartless stared at him, they did nothing. They're old leader was dead.

"Leave and return to the brotherhood." Quentin said, they obeyed and dissapeared, Gaia went to greet him.

"Eh, good work for a rookie, so this wasn't you're uncle?" He asked, Quentin shook his head.

"No, this man had darkness in his heart, and he spoke of strange things..." Quentin said, Gaia nodded.

"Speak with the master over it then, perhaps he will help you see." Gaia said, Quentin nodded and walked towards the motorcycle.

"Shut the hell up."Azura says.Azura looks up at Ashton."I'm fine.Just a nightmare.I...I need to walk around."Azura says as she stands up and walks out of the room.She looks around and starts to walk throughout the castle.The castle was cold because of the night.The moon was full.Everything was quite and still.She looked out the windows and thinks.A cold chill and brezze came by.

Quentin drove out back to the HQ. He noticed there were more people in the streets since the heartless backed off. He made it into the HQ, he approached Nagoto.

"I've heard from Gaia... excellant work." He said. Quentin nodded.

"As he died... he was unafraid... he laughed... he then told me of others who follow his cause..." Quentin said, Nagoto nodded.

"He spoke of foolishness, he did not have the power to truelly command he heartless he stole from us, and the belief he had that power brought him to insanity." He said. Quentin nodded.

"So he was just a crazy rebel?" Quentin asked, Nagoto nodded.

"Yes... he believed what he was doing, would attain balance... and it costed him his life." Nagoto said, Quentin nodded.

"Victor, walk with me." he said. Quentin slowly followed next to him.

"You have been among the rebels... what are they fighting for?" He asked... he obviously knew, but wanted Quentin to say anyways.

"They wanted to bring down Set... and restore the old monarchies." Quentin said. Nagoto nodded.

"I see, they'd rather let war's and death by the millions happen, then be united as one people." He said. Quentin looked at him.

"What do you mean?" Quentin asked, Nagoto seemed very knowledgable over this.

"Simple, you're father had the right idea, unite the world, and there would be an end to conflict, to war and death." He said. Quentin nodded.

"But that cannot be accieved without the means to do so, people rebel when they lose they're freedoms... They feel the old way... was better, when in reality... The old kings and Queens, primarily the south gripped they're country and did all they could to remain in power, you're father did the same, but on a larger scale, and he had a reason... these old countries were the very same that had thousands of wars against eachother and themselves, I've read that millions of kingdoms have came before, and have been destroyed... but when they were united, for atleast ten years, there was virual peace... except for the ocassional uprising." He said, Quentin nodded.

"People hate losing they're freedoms." Quentin said, Nagoto nodded.

"Yes, but they lose they're freedoms everyday, to a king, to a dictator, but that's when the ruler's is keeping a tight fist over they're power, to end rebellion... that is what you're father lacked, the means to completely destroy the thought of rebellion..." Quentin thought Nagoto would expand on the 'means' but he didn't.

"Do you know for thousands of years on this planet, society is the same, so basic, and stupid? It has been the same for years, just with new titles, the rich stay rich, and the poor get even poorer, it's truely hell." He said. Quentin nodded.

"I realized this and formed the brotherhood, we wish to change society, for the better, to bring balance." He said. Quentin nodded.

"What does the brotherhood do... to achieve balance?" Quentin asked. Nagoto laughed.

"Thet'll be for another time... Get some rest, you'll have you're next target... a slave trader in the west." He said. Quentin nodded. He headed for the sleeping Quarters he was given. Quentin sat down on the bed.

Azura walked around the castle.She got to a window that had a beautifull view to the moon.She smiled."It's beautifull tonight..."Azura says.She turns to see the darkness that covered the castle.She looked down and thinks."Quentin...where are you?"Azura asks.She looks down.She gets a headache."Where you really ment to the light?"asks a voice."Who are you?Angel?"Azura asks."Not even close my dear.Call me...Riza."the voice says as it makes a twisted laugh.Azura got a terrible headache and fainted,falling into a coma.

 

 

 

I'm just going to put my character in a coma and I'll catch up when I come back.Put her in a bed or something and I'll catch up later.

 

Quentin sat on the bed.

'What did master mean by... the means?' Quentin wonderred. he felt strange for some reason. He gripped his heart.

"Something's going on..." Quentin said, he saw someone, a brotherhood member walk into his room.

"You're heart is responding." She said. Quentin turned.

"What?"

"Both you're hears are bonded and linked... you're feelings for her forged a strong connection." She said. Quentin turned towards her.

"Azura... is she in trouble?" Quentin asked, he may of had darkness in his heart, but he still remembers why he's doing this...

"She'll be fine... Victor." She said, Quentin nodded.

"Okay..." He said. he then looked to this stranger.

"Who are you anyways?" Quentin asked, he answerred.

"I am Rita, but that's all you need to know." She left the room. Quentin slowly layed down on the bed.

"Azura...I love you... always remember that." Quentin said, feeling she was there with him. He slowly fell asleep. He felt his heart grow stronger in darkness.

Ashton saw Azura. She fell into a coma. He then put her in a bed. He saw Amos was alright.'' Hey Amos. Who are the members pf brotherhood.''asked Ashton.

''Ah brotherhood. Thats a name I haven't heard since they went to war against the north a few years ago. You see. Brotherhood are the heartless masters. The leader of this organzation is named Nagoto. He tricks light people like us into working for him. They want the world to themsleves. Now. There are six members. Gaia and Angel. You already met them. Rita is a evil one indeed. She doesn't show mercy to anyone. Madara is a guy who can control fire. The sixth member is named Hades. He can summon really powerful heartless. They break their member's soul and then they rebuild it to have them follow. I think thats what they did to Quentin. I'm not sure.''said Amos as he got up and went outside.

Quentin slowly woke up, ho got out of bed and headed downstairs, the other members were either busy with they're free time, or getting breakfast. Quentin grabbed an apple, he took a bite, thrn hurried to Nagoto. He approached him.

"How did you sleep?" He asked,

"Er fine I guess." Quentin said Nagoto nodded.

"You have you're next target, his name is Talal he lives in the west and uses the heartless to further his slave trade." He finished, Quentin nodded.

"I'll get it done master." He said. Quentin stood up and was about to leave.

"One last thing, I'm sending Madara out to te field to give you useful intel when you're there." He said, Quentin nodded. He walked over to the motorcycle and started on his way.

'Talal...this might be intresting.' Quentin thought.

Ashton then got up and started wonder though his home.'' I can't belive that my faily is no more. I'm the last one of this royal family.''said Ashton as he was wondering what the brotherhood was doing this time.

Angel and Quentin were walking to take out their target.'' Man. my parnter is always Gaia. Why do i have to work with you. Its only because my mission is right by yours.''said Angel as she was mad and winy as she does when she doesn't get parnterd up with Gaia.

They walked into the town Quentin's target was located. They were in the wetern kingdom. Quentin had memories here. He rememberred weeks ago when Quentin and Azura danced at a ball where rebel leaders met... It was one of the bet days of his life. Quentin kept moving until they found Madara leaning by a building.

"Finally you're here." He said yawning. Quentin looked at him.

"Have any useful information or are you gonna sleep there?" Quentin asked, Madara stared at him and then stood up.

"You're target Talal is in the slave market, he controls heartless to help transport them." He said.

'What a waste of resources.' Quentin thought.

"Go on." Quentin said.

"Anyways, he is said to be a skilled riflesman, and he is overlooking his shipment of slaves." He said, he handed Quentin a small map of he district that explains where he is. Quentin took it.

"Alright, head out and destroy your target, Victor." Quentin nodded. He walked away and started heading towards the disrict, he walked in. the door closed behind him. he looked and saw unusual slaves, they were sick, lepers, some were very famished... very unfit for the work they would be doing. Quentin heard a voice.

"the Assassin, I knew you'd come." He said. Quentin looked around, and saw a door open.

"I heard you killed my 'brother' you will pay." he said. a light openned and illuminated a spot in the room.

"Step into the light Assassin." He said. Quentin slowly did.

"Show yourself." Quentin said, Talal did so and walked into another sl=pot, it was higher up. he had a rifle on his back.

"Now, you will die." He aid, heartless around Quentin started to form. Quentin summoned his keyblade. in afew quick swipes he defeated them all. Talal stared in dissbelief and started running out in an openning. Quentin followed. thy ran into a crowd. Quentin slowly got close to him and threw his keyblade towards him, he ducked and it went riht ahead of the way he was going. Quentin teleported and reapeared at the keyblade and shot Talal. he fell back. Everything went bright.

Quentin: You've nowhere to run now. Share your secrets with me.

Talal: My part is played. The Brotherhood is not so weak that my death will stop its work.

Quentin: What Brotherhood?

(Lets let them assume this is a different brotherhood)

Talal: Nagoto is not the only one with designs upon the World. And that's all you'll have from me!

Quentin: Then we are finished. Beg forgiveness from god.

Talal: He's long abandoned us. Long abandoned the men and women I took into my arms.

Quentin: What do you mean?

Talal: Beggars, whores, addicts, lepers: do they strike you as proper slaves? Unfit for even the most menial tasks? No... I took them, not to sell, but to save, and yet you'd kill us all... for no other reason than it was asked of you.

Quentin: No! You profit from the death, from lives lost and broken.

Talal: Yes, you would think that, ignorant as you are. Wall off your mind: they say it's what your kind do best. Do you see the irony in all this? No, not yet, it seems, but you will...

 

It all fades away, Quentin's now standing infront of Talal's remains, he looks to the heartless that followed him. They looked to him.

"Return to Nagoto, to the brotherhood." Quentin said, they nodded and scurried off. Angel walked by him.

"Not bad nooby, seemed like you gave him a stern talking to." She said. Quentin looked at her.

"I didn't sense much darkness in his heart, he believed he was doing the right thing... How is he able to control the heartless?" Quentin asked, Angel shrugged.

"Perhaps the master might know." She saidd, Quentin nodded and returned to Nagoto.

 

"Talal is dead." quentin said, Nagoto nodded.

"Very good, something on youre mind?" He asked.

"He enslaved those who aren't sutible for slaves... I'm wondering why?" Quentin asked, Nagoto nodded.

"He obviously believed that he was preparing them for some journey ahead... obviously a fool." He said. Quetin was about to ask more but Nagoto then said.

"Leave me, rest." He said, Quentin nodded and walked over to his quarters.

"Darkness...hatred...everything of that matter is what he is now."

 

"You're lying.He would never-"

 

"He's not him anymore."

 

"Shut up."

 

"He's a pawn of the darkness.He has always been.Only using you."

 

"Shut up."

 

"He never really ment it."

 

"SHUT UP!!!!!"

 

Azura wakes up.She sits up and looks out the window."Where are you?"Azura asks.She stands up and looks at the room.She started to walk around when she got to a indoor balcony.She saw Ashton walking around in a deep thought.Azura looked at him for a while.

Quentin slowly sat at the bed, he felt something in his mind... Riza came in.

"She is awake... That is what you are feeling." She said, Quentin nodded.

"She must never find out what I am..." Quentin said, Riza nodded. Suddenly an alarm broke Nagoto was talking.

"There is a prisoner uprising, they are armed, neutralize them, That is an order." He said, Quentin nodded and pulled out his pistol and summoned his keyblade. He rushed into the prison complex.

Azura looked away and started to walk in the oposite direction.She went outside to the garden.It was fullmoon.The moon shgined beautifully down to the kingdom.Its shine gave a mystic appearence to the garden all around.Azura walked around.The smell of roses was in the air.She walked around and satted in a small spot besides a batch of roses.They were red.Azura looks up at the moon and thinks."I need to find him...where are you?Are you allright?"Azura asks.She looks down.

Quentin saw the prisoners, some were rebels that were captured, others were maniacs with shotguns, either way they needed to be stopped. Gaia was in ther eto back him up. Quentin fired rounds at them, one with a sword came at him, Quentin ducked and quickly shot him in the face. Another one came, Quentin sent a dark firaga towards him. Another one slashed towards him, Quentin avoided and shot his foot, then took his sword and stabbed him. enough of the prisoners were defeated that they gave up, Quentin stared at them.

"Get back in your cells, unless you wanna end up like them." Quentin said, they all nodded scared. the intercom spoke.

"Victor, we are dispatching you to the northern kingdom, there isn't a target but more heartless have grouped around there agains our wishes, find the source and destroy it." Nagoto said, Quentin nodded. Gaia created a dark portal.

"Go in." He said, Quentin nodded, he went through and he was now in the capital city of the north.

Azura went into a meditating state and concentrated to relax a little bit.But the thought of Quentin being hurt and somewhere unknown kept her off focus.Azura looked up at the moon."The moon has always been a symbol of peace,protection,tranquility.But within this world.It means nothing."Azura says.She stands up and keeps walking around when she decides to walk around deeper into the garden."Heartless...beings of darkness.Thy name be tainted by sins..."Azura says as she recites.

Ashton saw Azura in the garden.'' Hey. It looks like your awake. So how you feeling.''said Ashton as he sat next to her.'' If its about Quentin. I bet he's alright. He's strong. Don't worry. Ok.''said Ashton as he looked at the stars. Ashton was hoping that Quentin was alright.

Angel and Gaia were sitting down in chairs at the brotherhood base.'' Lets go. Its time to test their powers again.''said Angel and she and Gaia left.

Quentin summoned his keyblade and tried to sense through the place... he sensed... Azura.

"I can't let her see me like this." Quentin said. He went into the town more finding a trail of heartless, they would lead him to the source, Quentin walked towards an alleyway. On the walls there was old propoganda about Set... It didn;t matter anymore, what Set did needed to be done, that's why only a smal fraction of people died from the heartless, Set's preparations saved alot of people. Quentin kept walking through the place. He saw Heartless appear around him, he summoned his keyblade.
