Even if it did happen four years before BBS, Sora would still be at least 1, since he's 5 in BBS, 15 in KH1/CoM/Days and 16 in KH2/Coded.

When Sora first met with Ven's heart, he had just been born. His new heart was descending down from... wherever to enter his body.
