Sence I beat Villians Ventada, I have been pacing back and forth, should I use Void Gear or Ultima?

 

This is whit Ven and my commands are

Ultima, I would say try and get Faith and Salvation commands too. Ven is the only ones that can use them, they deal damage and heal you at the same time.

I honestly prefer Ultima Weapon over Void Gear. It only provides me with a small strength boost that I honestly don't need.

Ultima Weapon, it has a higher Critical Hit rate then Void Gear so you'll be doing more overall damage then Void Gear

Well, looking at things, it would probably be best to choose Ultima Weapon. It has balanced strength and magic, it's strength being only one lower than Void Gear, and Void Gear's Magic being 2 lower than Ultima Weapon. The stupid guide book doesn't say what it's critical hit rate and critical damage values are, so I don't know if it is greater than 75% or not. But even though Void Gear (In my opinion) is kinda cooler, Ultima Weapon is probably the best choice.

Void Gear. You have no spells except Curaga, you don't need the magic boost. And Void Gear looks sick.

Void Gear ftw. I got Void gear first, then beat Villain's Vendetta. I did not get what I was expecting from an Ultima Weapon, but hey, that's just me.

Void Gear because it looks badass (Plus it's Vani's weapon EHEHE)

I prefer Void Gear because of that the only magic I would really use is cure.
