I've really been enjoying Birth by Sleep. I've been playing on Normal just because Critical Mode was just f***ing with me. The game play is just as awesome as I imagined it to be, I actually managed to get Ars Solem from Melding, I'm quite surprised that I managed to make it. At first it said it was Zantetsuken with the Reload Boost ability (I actually already had one but didn't know that you only could get one so that's why I made it) and thought "Well that's ok I guess, the Ability will be useful." and then all of a sudden the screen flashed and the command changed to Ars Solem and I just flipped out in excitement because I did not expect it at all. I must say that it is a really awesome ability. I also realize how much more awesome the game is when you play it for yourself rather than just watching it. When I fought Master Eraqus, the scenes before and after really got me thinking about how I would have reacted if I didn't actually watch them before hand. The thought that Eraqus was actually going to eliminate Ventus and that Xehanort was so evil that he actually finished him off. I knew he was evil but I just thought that everything that he was telling Terra about Light and Dark being a balance was something he actually believed (I actually am not sure if he really meant that or not, if someone could explain that I'd appreciate it.), but after defeating Eraqus, I could really see that Xehanort was totally evil. I had seen the scene before, but I never really got the wholeness of it until I was actually playing it, since you have gone through all the experiences yourself. This really makes me want to never spoil any more Kingdom Hearts games again so that everything will be a complete surprise to me. I'm really looking forward to finishing Terra's Story and then move on to Ventus' and Aqua's Stories then fighting the two Secret Bosses and finally moving on to a different difficulty.
