January 15, 201114 yr I think the portal is in hollow bastion (1) where the final emblem piece is on the chandelier.
January 15, 201114 yr You have to go through a Hollow Bastion System Sector. It's 13 or 15 layers and it's level 80. He is the final Floor. It's also where you can get the Ultima Weapon if you rack up enough SP.
January 15, 201114 yr After you beat the game, return to Hollow Bastion. There will be a new System Area. There will be 13 floors and on the 13th floor is Data Roxas.
