Damn art thieves. >.<

So on dA, if you were watching the right people you would know there was an art thief going around who particularly claimed other people's kingdom hearts/final fantasy fanart as their own.

DA staff are unable to find that person's IP address to stop them from making accounts, but people found out that person had at least 10 accounts, 9 of them were blocked. That last account hasn't posted any deviations yet, but that was the account used for "reported" or "claiming" other's artwork.

I'm not sure if it's the same person who did this to me, but I'm figuring it is. >.>

So about 90% of my fanart gallery has been removed by dA staff simply because all my fanart was supposedly stolen. >.<

Suuure, I stole all my fanart that I made in SV and GIMP within a few minutes.

[/sarcasm]

>.<

WTF do people gain out of stealing shitty fanart????

Whoa, that's crazy! Can't u like copyright ur pics or something? like sign ur name at the bottom or somewhere on the picture? Or would the thief edit ur signature out or something?

I did on most of them, but they were still considered copyrighted!

Dx

And because I made 90% of them prior to my computer crash...I no longer have most of the files!
