so after playing BBS. did anyone feel they were playing events that happened before KH?

bbs i felt like i was just playing some square game it didnt even feel like kingdom hearts to me

well i did not feel like the events before kh but i felt like it was kh

It did feel like it was before KH1. Like the calm before everything goes to pot.

I only felt that it was before KH1 due to appearances of characters from other games. Nevertheless i think its the greatest KH game to this day.

To me, it felt like a KH game that took place in the future.

Never played it, but it LOOKED like a KH game from the past. Storyline wise, not gameplay wise. The gameplay in BBS makes the KH1 gameplay look mediocre by comparison.

I agree, BBS looks like a game from the future, if it wasnt for Sora, Kairi, and Riku's appearances I probably wouldn't be able to tell.

This game is a prequel to the original Kingdom Hearts, so it's gonna feel like that.

it felt the same as kh 1 but different in other ways, but i mean different in a good way

at first it didnt feel like a KH game to me but as i got into it and played more i was like"this is one of the best games EVER!!!"

It felt a lot like a modern, but at the same time ancient, Star Wars. You have Terra, the local Anakin Skywalker, and other characters and plots that resembled the story, and the futuristic-looking Keyblade gliders and armor. I also felt a little bit of Halo.

 

Looking at the game generally, it felt like ten years after KH, not before. The game system was a breather for KH gamers looking for something new but not too new. But I still think it's the greatest KH game of all time! =))
