Okay here are my theories on the characters in Kingdom Hearts:

 

Aqua

At the end of Re:Coded, Yen Sid said that the only person left to locate is Terra. This of course implies that they've located Aqua. How is that possible? Well, I know that at some point before Kingdom Hearts II, Mickey was in the Realm of Darkness. I think that during that time, he crossed paths with Aqua. But why Aqua didn't leave with Mickey? IDK. But maybe it'll be explained in BBS V2 (If that is a REAL game).

 

Terra/Master Xehanort/Xehanort

Yen Sid said that with the defeat of Ansem and Xemnas will bring back Master Xehanort, but I don't think that he is right. Nobody knows that Terra and MX is inside of Xehanort's heart, not even Mickey or Yen Sid. Those two probably think that is somewhere else. So now, the return of Xehanort will also bring back Terra and Master Xehanort inside of Xehanort's heart. If Xehanort's heart can be unlocked, Terra can reunite with the Lingering Sentiment and return to life, while Master Xehanort will be back to his old self. Take that Yen Sid!

 

Ventus

I think that by the end of Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance, Ven will wake up.

I don't think that Mickey had crossed path with Aqua. If he had did he would've mentioned about her earlier. It's implied that he somehow got the location of Aqua during the events of Re:Coded.

You're forgewtting that Nomura himself has even stated that if the Heartless of a person is defeated first, then the Nobody, then that person will become whole again. So there is no way Yen Sid made the whole thing up or was wrong about it. But anyway, who really knows. For all we know, "Terranort" might just come back instead of both Terra and Xehanort coming back wholey since MX fused hius heart with Terra's body.

well in the secret ending of kh bbs fm you see mickey in the realm of darkness at one point so maybe he found her at that point

I was just going to say the same thing. Its just an opinion and a theory.

These theroys actually seem plausible. I think you're right about the whole Aqua and Mickey thing, or it's possible she told them where she was going before she left. (Maybe, but your theroy is better.)

With Terra. That could very well be true, but he doesn't need to join with the Lingering Sentiment. That's not his body or anything. There might be a few memories in there, which yes then maybe he should go and find it and collect his lost memories.

With Ven. This is the most likely for me, because in the secret movie we see Ventus dissappear from where he's sleeping in CO. Indicating that he has in fact woken up.

Yeah, then Mickey just forgets her like he never saw her right after that.

What about if mickey really saw aqua at some point while he was in the ROD.like lets see i think in some game they say that while riku and mickey got separated from each other while they were in the ROD they lost each other and while mickey was alone he found aqua maybe they were together all that time until mickey found a way to go back home maybe aqua said no cuz she knew about the worlds that had fallen in darkness and she prefer to stay and help the worlds and mickey left.other thing that could have happend is that maybe aqua and mickey found a way to go home but them they got attacked by purebloods heartless and they had a amount of time until the portal goes away maybe aqua told mickey to go and she will take the rest of the heartless and mickey had to leave alone.thats wat i think so.....
