After i played birth by sleep and started playing kh1 again and i saw Ansem SoD in that cloak i started to wonder why was he wearing the cloak?

 

so I started to create this theory: because after Xehanort was turned into a heartless and nobody Master Xehanorts heart became the heartless and was forced to a weak body which is the reason why he was wearing the cloak and why he needed Riku to be his vessel to manifest himself by using Rikus body

you might want to look over kh1 again and listean to the man in the cloaks voice cause it is ansem seeker of darkness

The reason why Ansem SoD was wearing that cloak was because he didn't really have a form of his own. Then once Riku came along, Ansem SoD took advantage of Riku using darkness and pretty much possessed and took over Riku's body. Which had allowed him to harvest a form of his own in the process.

It actually hasn't been proven that Ansem SoD is the heart of MX for if he was then Xemnas wouldn't have gotten anything from MX which is impossible seeing as he gets his personality, memories, clothing and the goal to merge with Kingdom Hearts from MX. Doesn't have much to do with the thread but i'm getting tired of people saying this.
