Great news for SE their latest release last thursday which contain Cloud and Squall's KH appearance plus numerous visual references to KH like Tifa's glove has been selling quite well despite only a few days of availability. so far the game has sold over 200 thousand units making it the top selling portable game in japan right now, (and I've heard SE may be releasing further KH costume DLC.) Its also a considerable feat when you consider the competition of the recently released 3DS.

Square Enix is one of the best video game companies out there, behind only Nintendo. So yeah, Tetsuya Npmura and Shigeru Miyamoto FTW!

 

Still wish I had a PSP... still didn't buy one... missing out on so many great SE games...

Thats an oxymoran, you said it has NOTHING to do with kh but then you pointed out how I stated its relation to KH after not a sentence before STATING it has nothing to do with KH

 

Besides I did say numerous references both visual and otherwise sure Squall, Cloud, Sephiroth and other's weapons are the names of Keyblades, the Moogles of Dissidia are based on their KH appearance, Sephiroth's One-Winged appearance as human originated from KH, plus Dissidia makes many parallels between light and darkness. Im just saying theres plenty about Dissidia related to KH.

 

Also since DC posted a thread about Dissidia on the main page last week that means its ok now.

Actually like ::Heart_XIII:: stated, Dissidia 012 will be much different from the origional Dissidia. There will be a completely new stoyline/plot in Dissidia 012. The gameplay in 012 is a slightly better than the origional Dissidia game and with a new HP bar as welk as summons. There are 5 new characters in Dissidia 012 as well, plus we have 2 KH characters in that are playable for the first time in a Dissidia 012 as well.

 

But honestly, I really don't like how the game focuses and revolve around more on the 5 new FF characters. All the other characters from the first Dossidia have minor roles now. It's like they got tossed aside and just became unimportant .

If by five you mean eight, then yes, you're right, there are eight new characters. Duodecim has more than an HP and Summon BTW. There are assists, EX Revenge, new accessories and weapons, and new and tweaked abilities for each character.

I heartily recommend you NOT get Dissidia 1, Duodecim has literally taken exactly what was in Dissidia 1, but improved it drastically. Getting Dissidia 1 would essentially be buying a stripped down version of the same game.
