Can we all agree that Dragonball Evolution and The Last Airbender were the worst.....

Posted

Movies ever? I mean Dragonball Evolution was only an hour and 13 minutes long. And it was extremley boring. And The Last Airbender didn't feel like it had anything to do with the cartoon.

Can we all agree that Dragonball Evolution and The Last Airbender were some of the worst movies ever? 1 member has voted

Sora, are you trolling? Avatar did have a good trailer, but that was it, nothing more. It won a Razzy, a Razzy for god sakes. (for those uninformed, Razzy's are the awards for the worst movies made that year, and Avatar came second last to Sex and the City 2.....and yes, it is an internationally recognised thing)

DBE (cbb saying the whole thing) failed, in all respects, it was a fail, Goku got brought back to life by a Kamahameha blast, the DBZ version of a Hadouken, is plotline related. Basically, when I watched that movie, I was totes devo that I did.

Summary; DBE = Avatar = Fail. (I could also add the Tekken movie to the list, but that's not in question right now)

I don't troll. Remember it wasn't based on the series.

I think your question has been resolved. We can not all agree on that.

well everyone can agree on it but you.

i'm not. i'm comparing it to decent films. they suck.

No they don't. If they did they wouldn't be getting sequels.

no sora, not one person who has seen them has liked them (if they say they were, they're trolling).

you clearly haven't seen them yourself, they were bad films

No, I've never seen the Avatar one. But from the trailers it looks alright. And Dragon Ball is pretty darn cool.

No they were not trolling.

As a guy who likes to review movies on occasion, let me tell you that The Last Airbender was a failure by EVERY single stretch of the imagination, and it did not do a single thing right. Be happy you haven't seen it. Be very happy.

I don't plan on watching anything Dragonball related, I don't care for it, it's pretty dumb in my opinion, same with Yugio, I saw like 5 seconds of an episode and I was like "WTF". The Last Airbender trailer makes it look good, but, basically everyone here is saying it sucks, I wouldn't know, I've never seen it.

those movies are bad but you know they were honestly okay. picalo was like the only charater who was anything like his anime and manga counterpart. now M. Night Shamalangadingdong or however you say his name did an okay job on Avatar. and shut up about the casting, you should know hat the vocie actors were white & asian, and that Avatar the last airbender was created by a bunch of itilan Guys xD. So for that, is not that bad. the story was weak, but it work with what it got. it did. So no not the worst movies ever. Watch Bio Dome if you can handle that piece of ugh....that is horrible. So many worster movies out there.

I've never seen either, but both look VERY shitty ust from trailers and reviews. I loved the Anime(avatar) tough. it was my childhood.
