Alright so for about a year now I've been thinking outside the box for ideas on what I think would be cool to see for Kingdom Hearts 3 and now I will kindly share with all of you..

 

Worlds

Nottingham (Themed to Robin Hood) - Areas include "Sherwood Forest, Arch Tournament, The Church, King Richard's Castle"

 

Nomanisan Island (Themed to The Incredibles) - "The Jungle, Syndrome's Lair, The City"

 

Monstropolis (Themed to Monsters, Inc.) - Areas include "The Streets of Monstropolis, Monsters, Inc., Harry Hausen's, Door Vaults (leading to a variety of childrens rooms in different countries)"

 

Sleepy Hallow (Themed to Sleepy Hallow) - Areas include "Town of Sleepy Hollow, The Woods"

 

Ancient Jungle (Themed to The Jungle Book)

Land of Notre Dame (Themed to The Hunchback of Notre Dame)

 

So being that Disney bought Pixar out in 2006 I only find it fitting to introduce Pixar characters in the next KH installment which is why I have worlds inspired by Monsters Inc. and The Incredibles listed. Now a lot of Toy Story fanatics out there are dying to see a Toy Story world as well, I myself am a HUGE Toy Story fan but I think I've found a much better solution. Much like the first KH where Pongo and Perdita's world were destroyed and had lost all their puppies and had to move to a different world, I would do the same in this case involving Toy Story. Have Andy (in younger form from part 1 & 2) and family move in to Radiant Garden umm I mean Hallow Bastion by going through a Corridor of Darkness due to his world being destroyed. Leaving in such a rush Andy has left his toys behind leaving Buzz, Woody and the gang scattered throughout various worlds. It's up to Sora to find all of Andy's toys and return them back to Andy in his new home. Once ALL of the toys have been brought back to Andy, the toys come to life to thank Sora and that would reward you with a reward maybe a secret ending. That in my opinion would be a great way to include the Toy Story franchise into the game.

 

I also came up with an idea for a new summon in the game, Aladar from Disney's Dinosaur. The story behind it would be that during the reconstruction of Hallow Bastion Cid, Leo, and Merlin discovered the fossils of Aladar underneath the Radiant Castle. After bringing the fossils back to Merlin's study, and studying it for weeks he has unfolded the truth behind the bones. Merlin discovered that the remains belonged to a strong merciful hero that led hundreds to survival and that his spirit was still in tact. Merlin would then transport Aladar's spirit into a charm and that would end up being one of Sora's few summon buddies for the game.

 

So what do you guys think? Does it need improvements, if you please help me out and/or share some of your ideas. Would gladly be appreciated, thanks!

That's really cool! Cool worlds, and ideas. I liked most of what you posted, except for the toy story part. I can't see them being like the dalmations, because there's not many toys, but 101 puppies we had to find. But then again, there are less Pooh Pages then Toys, so we'll just have to see. I think they'll end up having it as a world, or not included except for a summon, because Woody and Buzz were intended to in KH2, (Most likely summons). They were found in the data's coding.

Yeah the toys only total about 15 (if you also count all the new toys from the third movie). Too bad, cuz it's actually a really nice idea.

I would like to see sword and the stone, but this is unlikely

I also forgot to mention a focal point to the story, just like how Pete was introduced in KH2.. I would bring in Max (Goofy's son) into part 3. Have him under an Organization XIII cloak where you cannot see his face till somewhere towards the end of the game. The story behind Max would be similar to Riku's story in the original KH, Max would join Maleficent and Pete due to the fact that Max feel's neglected by his own father Goofy for leaving him behind Disney Castle to protect some other kid. Max was suppose to be Disney Castle's next top guard but Goofy left without giving him proper training, every time rumors spread in the castle grounds about the groups adventures, it engulfs Max with the uttermost hatred for both his father and especially Sora. At the ending of KH2 where Maleficent and the Heartless take over Castle Oblivion from the now extinct Nobodies, it isn't long after that Max finds his way over there. Max turns himself in to Maleficent begging to be the one who goes after Sora to stop him. Maleficent sees promise in him and accepts but under one condition if Max fails to destroy the Keyblade master, he would be turned into a Heartless. Max pleads that he will stop at nothing for revenge.

 

^^ That would be the background story that Max would explain after he reveals himself as the mysterious figure stalking the group. Of course this would lead to an epic battle between Max and Sora in Castle Oblivion before going against Maleficent. You defeat Max meaning Max has failed to complete his promise thus he has to be turned into a Heartless. Goofy cries knowing this is his fault for leaving his son behind in the line of duty, as Max lays unconscious Goofy repeatedly says he's sorry that nobody was as important to him as his own son, Goofy then slowly says "I love you" to Max now accepting the consequences of his son turning into a Heartless. Yet surprisingly even through what seems to be a transformation from whole to Heartless.. Max didn't turn Heartless, there was still good in his heart with plenty of love and respect for his dad and once after Goofy said he loved him that made Max's heart fight off the Heartless causing him not to become part of them. Max wakes up, leaving Goofy and the gang happy in a sign of relief. Max apologies to Sora and then to Goofy.. and BAM! Max joins your party and helps you destroy remaining Heartless and the evil Maleficent herself.

This is useless. We can't even fathom how awesome KH3 will be, so what's the use of coming up with ideas for it if we're gonna get totally pwned by Square Enix?

People can dream right? lol I don't know I was thinking sending fan mails to Square Enix about my ideas.. if it were possible of course.

tutti frutti. No arguement about the dream. I'm sure that there are other games out there that we all have our own ideas for. A great example is "Little Big Planet" and "ModNation Racer" where people have hands on customization. For those games alone, its as if the only limitation is imagination. But overall, I kind of like the whole Toys Story idea of looking for some of the different toys, such as Buzz and Woody. I wouldn't mind seeing a couple new KH based world along with a handful of Disney ones as well, and maybe a couple FF worlds (if its possible considering how big they are). But overall it's pretty interesting on what to expect, want and look forward to for future KH games. I would like the option of choosing more detailed fighting style, such as using 1 or 2 keyblades, prioritizing in magic, melee, speed, elemental moves, or even being able to choose between light and darkness. But maybe Nomura will surprise us with some of these ideas.

i love ur theories & world idea's! especially the toy story & max idea. that'd be pretty awesome. & since there's not many toys to find, they could make it harder to come across. like, ud really have to explore every nook & cranie of the area & world to find them. i like ur theories a lot (:

Thanks guys. I appreciate the feedback, there's a lot of opportunities out there to be included in KH3. I am in love with my Toy Story idea and I know it will bring those characters to justice giving them that big role into the game. The addition of Max into the game would play a big mysterious part into the game, if not it can be added to a future KH game. Again thanks guys and please feel free to add some of your ideas and theories.

Going through Andy's bedroom, and even the arcade. Both would be awesome in KH. Even if do have to search far and wide for the rare toys, I think it would be a lot of fun. I didn't care much for the dalmation hunt, but Toy Story is my favorite Pixar series. Anything involving the toys would be a great addition.
