about kairis scene in secret ending.

i think it happens while riku and sora is their mark of mastery.

if kairi realised something and left somehow to the search of twilight towns

mansion.

The scene of Sora disappearing probably does have something to do with the Mark of Mastery exams. Sora and Riku are probably going to have a much harder test than Terra and Aqua.

 

And Kairi and the others appearing in front of the mansion...wouldn't that happen in an un-shown scene in KHII? Then again, it could happen anywhere.

With Sora disappearing, I think it means more than just him going for his mark of mastery. More like he's gone from Destiny Isle and he may not come back. He's probably just on his new adventure. (KH3)

 

The bit with Kairi was in with a lot of flashback scenes I'm going to call them, because they are scenes that have already happened. Like one of them showed Roxas and Xion. One of them showed Ansem getting Sora awake.

Ansem wasn't waking Sora. He was putting the results of his research inside him.

 

And personally, I don't think Ven and Sora disappearing have any specific meaning. I think it's just for intrigue.

With Sora's disappearence he could be going to take his MoM exam (lol mom) but then again why wouldn't it show Riku too? So I'm leaning more toward Sora going to save everyone. And Ven's disappearence could be him waking up and taking some kind of action and joining the fight against Xehanort.

I agree, but with a "shocking ended" for KH DDD, their disappearing might have a more literal meaning.

I do believe Sora's disappearance symbolizes that he disappears for the MoM, and Ven's disappearance symbolizes that he actually got saved or that he literally disappeared.
