tutti frutti. Sorry if there is one out there somewhere. This is mostly in regards to the replicas, Riku Replica and Xion. Though, wouldn't it be interest to see more into how the replicas were created. As opposed to just getting something of the character that is being cloned, we should see some of the steps and reasons for this. Even though they have their ups and downs, to a degree I can't help but feel sorry for them for what they go through. Riku Replica when through a number of crazy battles befor he fell. And Xion was going to merge with Roxas in order to create another Sora.

For the most part I have one theory about the replicas for KH:3D and KH3. My theory is that perhaps the KH based major villains, such as Xemnas, Org. XIII, Ansem SoD, from KH1 through KH2 that we have faced were replicas. My theory is mostly due to how Riku Replica and Xion were created as Replicas, each for separate reasons, though perhaps the other major villains sent out replicas of themselves to throw off Sora and co. Assuming that is possible what is would you think about this? Along with your opinions on Replicas in general.

Repliku > Xion

Xion > Repliku :/

No, the Organization Members themselves were not replicas of themselves, they were in fact the real Nobodies. The only replicas are Repliku and Xion. The only other replicas were the Vexen replicas in the manga, but the manga isn't cannon so they don't count.

Also, Xion's purpose wasn't to merge with Roxas, it was to either weaken him and then destroy him, or strengthen Roxas and then be destroyed by him. That way the Organization would have a stronger Keyblade Wielder under their control. And for the most part, they succeeded in the latter plan. However, Roxas was no longer under their control.

tutti frutti. I know that the org. 13 along with other villains, exluding Riku Replica and Xion were replicas. Mostly just thinking if it was later revealed otherwise. Nomura does like to throw us off in this series, mostly since the KH universe is practically under his command, so to speak. You never really know what to expect with this series.

Actually, we've pretty much have seen steps for borh Xion and Riku Replica. For Xion, all there was to it to make her to have Xemnas himself meet Sora for the first time and reach through Sora's memories, which were all memories of Kairi. Then, sample the memories to create a living replica of Sora. It's kind of similiar to how Marluxia grabbed a few of Sora's memories at the beginning of CoM/Re:CoM. Only except Xemnas used Sora's memories to create a replica of Sora, but only failed and turned out to look like Kairi instead. Now as for Riku Replica, it was pretty simple for Vexen to create him. All he had to do was collect enough data on the real Riku throughout the battle between the two and voala, you have a perfect replica of Riku. That's all there was to it.

They weren't replicas at all. I don't see how and why that made you think they were. Ansem SoD is Apprentice Xehanort's (Terranort's) Heartless, Xemnas was his Nobody, and the Organization members were full of Nobodies of their orgional selves. But, the Xemnas and Ansem SoD that we saw in the KH3D trailer are probably just illusions more than replicas. Hench why the game's called "Dream Drop Distance".

Who knows what Disney villians we'll see in KH3D. Since there are going to be new worlds in the game that means there will be all new vilkians. Except for maybe Maleficent and Pete of course. Knowing Nomura, he might find a role for them to play in KH3D.

@Azure Flame, Xion's main purpose was to be a fail-safe in case Sora didn't work out the way they intended to and turned out to be useless. That way, if Sora wasn't usefull they would use Xion as plan B to help them collect hearts.

Marluxia made a replica of himself in Chain of Memories before really fighting Sora, remember? Having said that, I doubt all of the organization members were really just replicas. I also wonder about the exact nature of replicas, but this may be unimportant to the overall story. Then again, it may be if Xion is going to be saved, and about how much of a real person she can be :P

I think Xion is better of the two, mostly because Xion was more complex while Repliku was just a straight replica of Riku, although I did feel sorry for him in the end.

Actually her purpose wasn't so much to merge with him, or to destroy him altogether. It was to absorb him in the event that Sora proved to be useless to their plans. She would become the new Sora.

Actually, it wasn't a replica of Marluxia. It was a trick he used, kinda like what Larxene does in KH2FM. Think of it like a Shadow Clone from Naruto.
