tutti frutti. For those that own, or at least played, the final mix version of the series. I know that at least the voice acting goes between Japanese and English, but does the text change between the two as well. For example, for English if you use Cure would it change to it's Japanese based name if you chose Japanese. I was watching the "Armor of the Master" fight with Aqua and noticed that the commands that the gamer was using were in English. I always thought with the final mix games the text would be in Japanese.

Exactly, I'm not sure how everything works in the Final Mix games, but I know that people usually have to use patches to have English words, it doesn't work for everything, and I doubt there is an option to have English text in the game, after all, as you know, the Final Mixes are only intended for Japan, so, it wouldn't really make sense that they give the option for English text. I believe the English voicing has something to do with Square Enix wanting the Japanese to hear our voice actors or something, but I'm not sure.

I quote al of that. no, I don't, but what Keyblader and UNDEAD said. English patches FTW, by the way.
