tutti frutti. I was watching the secret ending, along with some other scenes, to KHBBS again and was puzzled on some things about Master Eraqus.

 

1. How would he come back in future KH games? - Mostly since, much like how Kairi did with Sora in KH1, Master Eraqus seemed to have transferred his heart into Terra. Though I'm sure that this leaves some questions on if he is going to return let alone how, I have that feeling that he antiticpated Master Xehanort doing something like this.

 

2. Doesn't seem almost like Master Eraqus knew what precautions to take? - I guess since Aqua had passed the exam, Master Eraqus informed Aqua know some of the Master level knowledge that is passed down, one example being what to do should something happen to him around the time MX returned to the LoD. Even though some time later when Xemnas came into being, he (Xemnas) sent Axel to find the room Ven was in (can't think of the name).

 

3. Got mad for Ven learning about himself? - As opposed to informing Ven of what he knew about the X-Blade ordeal, ME could have just let Ven know about the X-Blade instead of trying to dispose of him.

 

4. Good or Evil? - More so from ME wanting to do away with Ven (maybe?) And not even listening to reason from Terra. Even though Terra didn't know the whole story behind ME attacking Ven, ME could have at least tell them the reason why.

 

5. Keylade War, X-Blade, Keyblade Graveyard and MX- I am also somewhat shocked that ME didn't go over the events of the Keyblade War and the X-blade, so that Terra, Aqua, and Ven would have some history/backstory on the Keyblades and the Keyblade Graveyard. Since he was the current successor to LoD, I'm sure that since him and MX talked about in a flashback, especially when Ven return, that it would dawn on him about MX's plan for the Keyblade War and the X-Blade.

 

These are the major questions that have been bugging me about ME. If he does return similar to how Kairi did in KH1, I would like to see him in action in future installments. Hopefully we will see how everything folds out if he returns.

1. I doubt Eraqus is going to return physically, but he might help within inside Terra somehow when the time comes.

 

2. Isn't the most important thing to tell a new keyblade master is what to do if something happened to Eraqus? Ven was in the champer of repose(sleep).

 

3 and 4. I don't think Eraqus was evil, he just made a BIG mistake. As he said when he was dying, he didn't realize he had darkness in his own heart. He was just doing what he believed was right, like him believing in the light only. I think that instead of getting rid of Ven(dumb idea), Eraqus should have helped protect him from Xehanort(smart idea). I think the events of BBS would have changed if Eraqus helped. Then he could have informed T,V,A on what he knew of the keyblade war.

 

5. Eraqus didn't go over what happened because he probably didn't think anything would happen, and I'm sure he didn't think an old man like Xehanort would still have plans for it, but then realized later he did.

 

Um....Kairi had a body to go back to, unlike Eraqus. Just saying.

Nobody knows how Master Eraqus will come back. We'll hopefully find out that answer in future KH games. As for how Xehanort will return. Well, since the Heartless (Ansem SoD) and Nobody (Xemnas) were destroyed, then it's most likely that Xehanort will be back as "Terranort" since he was Ansem SoD and Xemnas's former self. It would make more sense that way.

Well, of course he would inform Aqua since it's been passed down from generations of keyblade masters. It's like when you are promoted to be the manager of your job, the boss tells you the things that the other workers don't know and will be passed down to the manager. Think of it that way.

The only reason Eraqus decided to destroy Ven so that he would be able to foil Xehanort's plans of having the X-blade and not start another keyblade war with it.

Unless you've fogotten, I believe Terra already knew about Ven by the time he faced Master Eraqus. Master Xehanort told Terra about Ven back at the keyblade graveyard before hand.

The keyblade war happened way before Eraqus and Xehanort were even born. So Eraqus didn't obtain too much knowledge about it. He only knew that the war was a clash of keyblade users of light and darkness fighting for the X-blade. Same goes for Xehanort as well.

Eraqus would need to have his body around in oder for him to return similiar to how Kairi did, as Rob also said.

Chamber of Awakening), NOT the Chamber of Repose(A.K.A. Room of Sleep). The Room of Sleep was created by Xemnas and is located in Ansem the Wise's castle. The other room is the one in Castle Oblivion(Obviously). I watch the Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix cutscene, "The New Headquarters", and with the english subtitles. Look it up 'cuz I'm not going into details on the cutscene.

All the questions were answered, so I'll say:

I really hope Eraqus returns and realizes his mistakes, but I hate him for not realizing that Darkness is essential.

I want to see Xehanort vs Eraqus at least once.

I know what they are, my memory wasn't clear on the name(though I did look up the name quick, and I now know the name in the description was wrong), and I simply said repose instead of waking. That's all.

tutti frutti. Overall, it's never really stated when the Keybalde war too place, just at some point before BBS. Even though Ven discovered who he was and what he was able to do, Eraqus shouldn't have just tried to do away with him. Eraqus should have at least taken a moment and thought to prepare Ven in some way, in order to try and prevent the recreation of the X-Blade. Though I'm sure that Kairi was able to keep her body, possibly from her abilites as a PoH, Eraqus could have an alternate way of coming back. Since Eraqus kind of have an idea on what MX was after, he could have told Ven and Terra there, and later Aqua, as opposed to his rule being absolute. If Eraqus does come back, he could then realize the mistake he made and better inform the Keyblade Wielders of what MX had originally planned.
