The Angel Experiment is the only one I've read. And it was awesome.

Wasn't expecting it to be so violent... but the violence wasn't to it's detriment.

In comparison to other books I've read, Maximum Ride has far more instances of Violence, Blood, Gore, and disturbing imagery.

I don't what you've read. And what you have to compare it to. But I know in my experience, M.R. can be quite violent.

Theres something about the failed experiments that they see when they're in the school that disturbed me. Like... the guy with the external organs. Or the one who died in the cell with Max, as Angel watched. THATS disturbing to me.
