With the story of bbs v2 going to overlap the story so far I thought we might actually be able to make some educated guesses. Assuming that the story extends through kh2, and covers Riku, Mickey, and Aqua's time of absence, these are the world that I think are very likely (and by this I mean practically confirmed) to show up as playable worlds:

Castle of Dreams

Enchanted Dominion

Land of the Dragons

Beast's Castle

Radiant Garden/ Hollow Bastion

Traverse Town

Between the Dark and Between

Dark realm

Twilight Town

The World That Never Was

 

The first half of this list consists of worlds in bbs and kh2. The worlds from bbs will be are needed for the impact that aqua must have of coming across worlds she had already seen. The other two worlds from kh2 are needed because of the story of Riku's absence; Riku fights Sora during Sora's second visit to land of the dragons as a mysterious figure, and Riku confronts Xion about who she is durring days on the brigde to beasts castle in kh2. These two worlds also had their world stolen by the heartless, thus making these worlds possible for aqua to transverse to too in their dark realm form. Keep in mind that because Aqua is in the realm of darkness where time travels quicker, the time from the world's restoration to her meeting with Ansem will be relatively short.

 

The other five worlds are also needed to tell the story of their absences.

-Radiant Garden: Mickey jumps into a dark corridor after Xemnas following the 1000 heartless battle. Where did he go?

-Traverse Town: The world where Mickey went to get to dark realm

-Between the Dark and between: They better make a story point of how Aqua got out of the realm of darkness to it's boundry

-Dark Realm: yup

-Twilight Town: You better know why this world has to be in this game

 

And the last world that I would be interested in seeing would be a dark realm destiny islands.

I personally would love to see scenes of Castle Oblivion with the Organization moving into it.

If Aqua found herself going back to Castle Oblivion and figured out what had happened there that would be... interesting. We could also have Notre Dame (I think that's how you spell it) and other 3d worlds being used in the game if volume 2 came out after 3d.

I think the Keyblade Graveyard should be a playable world again. Can't think of any others at the moment lol.

I'm not too sure how that would work out with Aqua revisiting castle oblivion, unless part of this game includes stuff after kh2 and coded. Castle oblivion could also be included through Mickey's scenario assuming it spans through kh1 through kh2, which would obviously include kh com. I don't see why Notre Dame couldn't be included, but for the sake of easiness, I have a feeling they will go along with already designed worlds so meh.

As much as I would love to return to this world (of course with much more than just three areas) I don't think this is the game for that. Not one thing hints at their being any activity their since bbs, and with the sort of mood that world has, just having one or too people go their wouldn't seem right.

but you don't so the possibilities are much greater than just the realm of darkness, although I do feel that this will be a big part of the story. The story's of members 9-12 I don't think are that important and so if they get anything I believe it will be something such as in one of the reports.

 

These are just my thoughts out loud to help me think of worlds I might have missed:

Continuing from the bbs secret episode, Aqua travels through various dark disney worlds (see list above). Because these worlds are restored, and most likely disappear within the realm of darkness Aqua has up to the end of kh1 to near the finale of her story. If you recall, time also goes quicker in the realm of darkness so the last two years before she meets Ansem will be relatively short.

 

Mickey's journey starts in traverse town where he enters the dark realm for the kingdom key d. He will go through various dark disney worlds as Aqua would have been doing as well. Meanwhile he (should, according to kh1fm) be contacting Riku, or at least the wielder of the keyblade. After com, he journeys with Riku through some light disney worlds before they separate. Durring kh2, there are a lot of huge things that they will have to cover such as what happened after he jumped into the dark corridor after xemnas, and how he was right there to help Sora at the mansion before entering digital twilight town. Mickeys past such as what happened right after bbs and his meeting with ansem might also be explored further in relevant flashbacks.

 

Although I would love to see what Riku was doing during kh1, it just would not work. All of the important scenes could once again be shown in flashbacks. I think his story will start off where com left off. As seen in the ending credits of re:com Riku is walking through hollow bastion (I wonder what he was doing) then he falls to the ground, and sensing the darkness is still in him he goes off on his own journey where he finds diz. Riku obviously was in twilight town very often and he did visit Beasts castle and Destiny islands at some point. Hopefully this game will fill us in on what we didn't see in days and kh2(fm such as the scene with Riku Axel and Namine).

Mickey was definitely in traverse town. He was in twilight town during days and it wasn't explained properly. Yet again he was when he hopped down from the station roof to beat the nobodies at the start of kh2. What he did during kh1. What he did in radiant garden, as we know he visited ansem frequently.

I agree with a lot of your worlds. I would just like to take out a few of them and add some more. Mickey definatly will be a playable character in Birth By Sleep Volume 2. But, I don't see how Hollow Boastion (probally what it will be called in the game, knowing it's when Malificent uses her dark powers to destroy worlds)could be a world if the story takes place in the Realm of Darkness. Hollow bastion never fell to the darkness like the other worlds and so, wouldn't have been in the realm of darkness. It had that special sort of keyhole that maleficent was trying to open through all of kh1. Also, if it feel to the darkness (which it didn't) it definately should have been in Eotw or the dark realm, which it obviously wasn't.

 

This game doesn't have to be only up through kh1; various scenes in the secret movie prove this. In kh2 both Mickey and Riku were up to something during the heartless' attack on radiant garden. Just watch a playthrough of kh2 for Sora's fourth and fith visit I think.

There was also a scene shown in the secret ending of Kairi in Twilight Town so maybe there will be a part of the game that shows Kairi when she was kidnapped by Axel and her getting captured by Saix. It'll probably be just a scene but there could be a possibility of playing as Axel (doubt it but it's possible)

I find it more likely for this to be told in Riku's scenario. If you recall Riku was monitoring Kairi to some extent and was responsible for sending Kairi to twilight town in the first place. After Axel actually kidnapped her at the ussual spot, I'm sure Riku was aware of this and then hurried to rescue her. After this point imagining what actually happened becomes much harder, with the paradox of the usual spot kids not remembering anything about going to the mansion. Also keep in mind that right before Sora was told by Pence about Kairi, Sora was fighting nobodies and encountered Saix who kidnapped Kairi. In short we have the beginning and end, but the middle, I don't even want to think about it.
