Bio: Mostly into using his water bending for healing, he is able to use it for defense and offense, but not as the warriors, Nice, Quiet, Outgoing, Sometimes a bit goofy when he's happy, but always sulking when sad.

Marina looked at Quentin. She just stared. "Quentin..."Marina says. She then quieted down. She knew that he ws hurt by this notice. Very. Marina walks over to him. She didn't know what to say to make him feel better. She then slowly hugged him. Then letted go. She stared at his amber eyes. "Don't just stand there. Go. Your father is waiting. You need to be there for him."Marina says as she saw worry and sadness in his eyes.

Quentin sighed, he looekd at her, then nodded.

-Four hours later-

they were in outer Ba-Sing-Se (since it was the only place sky-bison were allowd. KAzzac was with his friend Jack, and air nomad from the eastern temple, he had a bison that was bigger then Aba, so it could handle more then two people. Both groups finished packing, quentin's would return to the fire nation, while Marina's would go north to the northern water tribe. everyone was done except for Quentin and Marina, who were both saying they're goodbyes. Quentin needed to give it to her, or he'd risk never seeing her again.

"Marina... I have something for you." HE said, she looekd at him nodded.

"Close your eyes." HE said. She nodded. he went behind her and fastened the cnoker to her neck.

"Open them." HE said, her hands traveled down to the necklace, a small tear slipped.

Marina felt tears starting to form around her eyes. She moved her hand and felt it. The chocker,the round shape. She touched it,it felt like a coin,she felt desighns. She knew what it was. An engadgement necklace. She flet a lump on her troath,the good type. She smiled,she just suddenly felt so happy. This wasn't the usual traditinal engadgement necklace that was used around the water tribe. But it didn't matter,because it had the specificacions requiered. It had to be a chocker,round,and desighsn. It was official to her,and she only needed to answer. She turned to him,tears falling down her cheek. She hugged him tightly and then kissed him on the lips. Meaning,'yes'.

Quentin kissed back.

"So I guess I don't have to ask?" HE said, she smiled and kissed him again, he kissed back, Yang was laughing his head off watching this, since he was the one telling Quentin to go after her back at the southern air temple. Kazzac smiled, and Jack stood ther eutterly confused. Quentin broke the kiss, he held her hand.

"I'll come back as soon as I can, I promise." He said, she nodded hugged him once more.

"I'll miss you." HE said, she said the same thing, they let go.

"Goodbye...." He said, she nodded, he walke dover to Jack's bison Taco(The reasoning is tacos aren't a food int he avatar universe.) he got on, then watched them go by.

"Yip yip." JAck said, Taco rose in the air and flew off, Kazzac put his hand on Quentin's shoudler.

"YOu'll see her again." HE said, Qeuntin nodded.

"So, why wasn't I properly informed?" Yang asked while flying Aba.

Kain stood out watching.

"He fell for her? how cute, just another thing to take away from him." He said, laughing, he walked over to the dragon and hopped on, he flew out, back to the fire nation.

Marina smiled towards Yang and then looked back down feeling the necklace. She satted down and smiled. Yang looked back at her. "Ok,hold on. It will take a few hours."Yang says. Then they flew out towards north to the northern water tribe. Marina layed back and smiled.

 

-3 hours later-

 

Marina woke up to a chilly brezze. She shook and quickly looked into her bag for her winder dress and got it on. She knew they were getting there. After about 30 minutes they get there. Marina stared in awe. They land. People stare at them but just keep walking,it wasn't that unusual either. Marina got off and looked around. "Wow..."Marina says. She then looks at Yang. "I need to go around. Someone must know." Yang noded and decided to stay with Aba while Marina explored around.

"Alright." Yang said, he sighed and landed Aba in a stable house. It was freezing. Aba roared, he must of been hungry.

"alright, I'll find you hay or soemthing." He said, walked around and saw a nearby janitor cleaning up.

"Excuse me, do you know where I can find some hay?" He akse,d the man sighed.

"I reckon you'd find some at th emarket place." HE said, Yang nodded and scampered off.

-Meanwhile-

Quentin, Kazzac, and Jack landed at the firenation, it was spring at the time, he stretched.

"It's felt so long..." Quentin said, he walked towards his father's house, he walke din.

"Dad, I'm home." He said. he got no answer. he walked foarther in, he hear a groan.

"Dad?" HE asked, he follwoed the soudn until he founed his faher on a bed, he had a thermometer in his mouth, he looekd very sick.

"Quentin..." He said, Quentin shushed him.

"I's alright, I'm here." EH said. Kazzac came in and leaned by the wall. HE sighed.

"Mr Victor... I'm sorry." He said, he shook his head.

"No... you don't have to be..." He said, quentin sighed.

"How long has this been going on?" He asked.

"About... a couple weeks." He said, Kazzac sighed looking down. this did not look good.

Marina walked around. The people passed by her,and murmured a few words before they kept walking. Marina didn't know where to even start. She walked around the place,trying to find out something. She walked around for a few hours. She eventually satted down on a benhc. With nothing. "Man,this is harder then I thought." Marina looked down and then tried to rlax. She then cleared her troath a bit and then started to sing 'Adiemus'. She sang for a while. "Where did you leanred that song?" Marina looked around to see a man stading there. He had normal water tribe cloathing. He then walked up to her. Marina stood up but the man then came up to her and stared at her forehead. He traced the birthmark. He slightly smiled. "Lil Azura...you're home." Marina's eyes widened.

Yang got to the marketplace, people were busy, he walked by some kids messign around and saw a merchant with lot's of hay.

"Why, hello, how much for the hay?" He asked, the man thought for a moment.

"Two silver pieces." HE said, Yang's eyes widened.

"What! you can't be serious" He said.

-meanwhile-

His dad sighed. Quentin got closer.

"Dad, I'm here." HE said, the man nodded.

"I... know." He said, he then coughed up loudly. He looekd to Quentin.

"There's something... you need to know." HE said, Quentin shushed him.

"It's alright dad, just take it easy." HE said. Kazzac sighed.

"I... need to see someone, I'll come back later." HE said, he left, not able to stand this. Quentin got a cold damp cloth and rubbed his father's forehead with it. His father looekd at him strangely.

"Quentin... is something going on... you seem, different." He said, quentin sighed.

"Dad, I need to tell you something... I'm engaged." He said, his father smiled.

"That's great, who's the lucky woman?" He asked, Quentin sighed.

"You don't know her... This girl I met during my trip." HE said. the man nodded.

"what's her name atleast?" HE asked, quentin breathed.

"Marina... she's from the water tribe." HE said, his father sudenly stared at him shocked.

"what?" HE aske,d hsi father shook his head.

"No... it's nothing, I'm happy for you son." He said, quentin nodded.

"Thanks dad... now what do you need to tell me?" HE asked.

"Who...are you?" The man then kisses her forehead. He looks down at her. "I'm kind of your uncle...but not by blood." Marina stared. The man then got her to his house. He satted her down. "Where are you from?How did you got that mark on your forehead?"The man asks. Marina stared. "I am from the South Water Tribe. This birthmark,ahev always had it. I have no parents...or memories of them. I was told I was found on a boat." The man slightly smiled. "It is you." "What's going on?Who are you?"Marina asks. The man sighed. "That song was Adiemus,right?" Marina stared. "That song used to be sunged by a friend of mine to her daughter. Her daughter had the strangest birthmark,the shape of the crecent moon. I am Leth,and you are Azura Hoshi No." He then brough a picture. Of Marina's mom,dad,and her. Marina just stared. "And you're home." The room was then showned like a normal family home.

 

"...I'm home..."

his father handed him something, Quentin looekd at it.

"time of you passng away... years of hard work... son accepted into the royal family? Quentin stared at his dad.

"what is this?" He asked.

"It's a statement issued by the firelord... he wants to take you in... to becme your legal guardian." HE said, Quentin couldn't believe this.

"Dad... I'm your son." He said, the man nodded.

"I know... but you could also be more, think about your future..." He said, Quentin sighed.

"What about your fiancee? I fyou want this marriage to work out, you'll need money to support her." He said, his coughed, uentin sighed.

"But..." his dad looked to him sincerely.

"Promise me you'll do it." HE said, Quentin sighed.

"a... alright dad." HE said, the man nodded then rested his eyes.

"Dad? DAD!" Quentin yelled, his father was dead... Quentin felt tears fall. Kazzac came back, he saw his employer dead...

"Forgive me sir." He said, respectavely bowing to him. he looekd to Quentin.

"So what now?" He aske,d Quentin breathed.

"Now I need to go to the fire lord...I'm his son now..." Quentin said lookign down, Kazzac stared at him, then looekd at the form, he sighed.

"That's his signiture alright... let's go." He said.

Marina stared down at the picture. Leth satted infront of her. "I have so many questions,I have no idea where to begin."Marina says. "Let me start. I'm Leth,a friend of your parents. You're true name is Azura Hoshi No. You were born 15 years ago right here in the Northern Water Tribe. You were known around to be the first baby in history to ever be borned with a crecent moon birthmark on your forehead. You're one of a kind. You were special. They loved you alot. Your mom was Aiza Hikari,your father Azure Hoshi No. They really loved you."Leth says. Marina,or should I say,Azura looked down a bit. Then looked back up. "What happened,that I ended up in the Southern Water Tribe?"

The man looked at her pendant strangely, and then continued.

"I wasn't on the ship, but I reckon there was a storm, must of been really big, if it was able to kill your parents, they wer emaster water benders." he said. She nodded.

"They wanted you to be examined by the elders in the south pole for any signifigance, they never reached it, but you did." HE said. She nodded, sighing at the ground, he looked at the pendant she wore on her neck.

"Are you betrothed?" He asked.

Yang couldn't rbing himself to buy the hay, so he nonchalontly walked away, some pirates came and started talking to the man, Yang snuck up and grabbed a handful of hay, he dropepd a couple copper pieces and started running.

"Hey you, get back here!" The man yelled.

-meanwhile-

Quentin and Kazzac went to the royal palace, quentin felt a bit down about this, but he had to honer his father's request, they showed they're documentation to the guard, and then enterred. Quentin remembered beeing inside the palace at times when his dad was busy writing up new designs. They approached the firelord's chamber.

"Go in, he's your new guardian after all." Kazzac said, Quentin nodded and walked in.

Azura looked at him and noded. "Yes." Azura says smiling a bit and touching the pendant a bit. Leth smiled. "You have growned so much,I am happy to see you grew up pretty well,even engadged now. Who is the lucky lad though?Because that is a realy wierd bethroned pendant."Leth says still staring at it as he went to pick up something. Azura couldn't help it but to giggle a bit. "He made it with the materials he had at hand at the moment." "Ah,still,I think he could have found a crsytal rock or two,they're everywhere." "Well,you see. He is not from the Water Tribe." Leth stared at her as he came back with a ice-plate. "What?Then where is he from?" "He's from...the Fire Nation." The plate was dropped and it crashed as pieces went everywhere on the floor.

Quentin walked into the room, inside, there was a wall of fire, the firelord sat befind it, he seemed so evil.

'fire lord Lucian... I've seen him before, but never here.' the man looekd to him.

"Please, come in." HE said, Quentin walked forward and bowed.

"YOur father did great work for me and the nations, this palace, the walls of Ba-sing-Se, the new additions to the western air temple... the water tribe temples..." HE sounded annoyed over the last part.

"He served me well, and now he departs from us, child... how does William fare?" HE asked, Quentin sighed.

"My father is dead my lord..." He said. the fire lord sighed.

"Then for his memory, I accept you into our family." He said, hestepped out of the flames towards Quentin.

"Prince... Quentin." He said, Quentin looekd to him, then slowly got up. the man was taller then him, but seemed to like him.

"Thank you sir." He said, the fire lord chuckled.

"Please, call me dad, we're family now." HE said, Quentin nodded, the fire lord then handed him a key.

"Your new quarters, I had my men take the liberty of taking your possessions there." He said, Quentin slowly took it. the fire lord stepepd back, Quentin breathe dfor a moment then left the room.

"thank you..." He said.

"your welcome." He said, Quentin left the room, h egot out.

"So I take it went well?" Kazzac asked, quentin nodded.

"Good, now I better talk to him." HE said, Quentin didn't think it was a good idea, but he didn't have much of a say in the matter, Kazzac left. Quentin sighed and looked at the key... he thought about Marina.

Yang was running form the merchant.

"Give me that hay!" He yelled.

"No!" he kept daying, little by little th hay fell out of his hands making an obviosu trail.at one point he finally droppe dall the hay and kept running, he ran by a tube, he slit down it and used air-bending to go faster, he was gona make a quick get away.

-meanwhile-

a vegetablle merchant stood there looking at his veggies, he took much pride in his work, and was glad he could get back into his work in the water tribe now, an old man walked away with a cabbage he sold for an unfair price of thirty copper pieces, but that was life. suddenly a boy fell down from a tube onto the merchants stand, his cabbages were bruised and battered, he yelled out.

"MY CABBAGES!!!" the boy sighed.

Azura slightly gluped a bit. "Er,sorry?" Leth then stared at her. "How could you have been engadged to someone of the Fire Nation?"Leth asks. Azura then played with her fingers. "You see. He came by the Southern Water Tribe. He was re-searching and learning around the cultures of all of the places. He asked me if I wanted to join him to explore the world for a bit. I accpeted. It has been so exciting and fun to explore the world. I have learned so much that I never knew before."Azura says. Leth stared at her. Azura looked down a bit and then back up a bit. "Er,his name is Quentin."Azura says. Leth noded. Then suddenly he moved his hand and some ice-spikes went flying towards her. Azura quickly moved her hand,melted some of the ice that sorrounded her and made an ice-wall to protect herself. "Just like your father." Leth then lowered his guard and satted down.

Water tribe duards went all ove rhim, he raised his hands up. the merchant was pettign at a surviving cabbage. anothe rmerchant came.

" That airbender stole my hay!" HE yelled, Yang sighed.

"Second ofense, you'll have to come with us." HE said, Yang sighed, he had no choice. they lead him out.

-meanwhile-

Quentni sighed, he sat at his desk in his new room, the service was nice, it just wasn't the same...

"Dad..." He said, he felt a tear slip, he then stopped, and remembered MArina.

"...Maybe I should write to her..." HE said, he wrote on a parchment.

 

Dear Marina,

I miss you... my father passed away, and well... now I'm the adopted son of the fire lord... it all happened so fast, I guess it's because of my father's service to him over the years, still kinda hard to believe. pleease tell me how the northern tribe is for you, and if your happy.

PS: tell me how Yang is doing, knowing him, he's obviously in trouble.

 

Quentin finished th eletter and put it in an envelope, he saw hawk nearby and gave it to him.

"The north pole." He said, the bird sighed and then flew off.

Quentin smield and walke dout into the hallway, Kain was ther,e with a smirk on his face.

"Brother, how are you?" He asked, Quentin sighed.

"I'm doing... fine." He siad, Kain nodded.

"Williams funeral service is later today, me and father will be there." HE said, quentin nodded.

"Alright." He said.

"You can defend yourself well. That is a good thing. But..."Leth says. Azura sighs. "Leth,he has treated me well. He is nice and sweet and caring. If not of him...I have never were to gotten out of the Southern Water Tribe territory,I had never gotten to Ba-Sing-See,neither I would have found my old master there and neither I would have come here to find the truth. He is really nice,I trust him. I am sure that if you meet him you would see what I mean."Azura insists. "Still,it's just. The fire Nation...I have never trusted any of them. They're ruthless to the core..." "Leth!" "Just saying what I think. If you trust him,then it's good. And you have water bending to defend yourself incase anythig happens...anything important of him?" "Hm,well,he is a fire bender." "...wonderfull...[*cough*sarcasm*cough*]" Azura smiled slightly. "Leth,tell me more about mom and dad." Leth noded and he started to tell Azura about her parents and how does he know them.

Quentin spent the rest of the day at his father's funeral, there were a lot of people ther,e and Lucian spoke highly of his father as both a loyal citizen and friend. Quentin spoke about his father albet briefly, then Lucian announced Quentin's new place as prince, the peopel seemed impressed since Quentin already had a good reputation. They burned his father's body and put the ashes in a vase, it was put with his mother's vase in a special cemetary, Quentin sighed, back in his room.

'why is Kain all of a sudden beng so friendly? he hates me...' he thought to himself, he heard a knock on the door, Kazzac came in.

"YOu have a moment?" HE asked, Quentin sighed.

"Kazzac, your my teacher, of course I do." He said. Kazzac sat down.

"I approached the fire lord about his plans, he says they will bring our nation to glory." He said, Quentin sighed.

"So he's going after the earth kingdom." Quentin said, Kazzack nodded.

"'Fraid so." He said.

Azura listened to the tails that Leth told her. "And then when I accidentally kissed her. He beated me up and said that if I ever did that again that he was going to take an ice-spike and stuck up my a-" Then a hawk came flying through the window and practically crashed on the table. It was panting. The poor thing was and seemes exhausted. Leth stared at it and jumped up. "It's from the Fire Nation."Leth says. Azra looked at it. It had a messege. She took it and opened the letter. "It's from Quentin."Azura sya sall happy. Leth crossed his arms. Then stared at her as her expresision changed from happyness to sudden sadness to sudden shock and to her normal face gain. Leth raised an eye brow. "(So,he's...the prince?)"Azura thinks. She then shook her head and asked for a pencil and paper. Leth handed her some and Azura started to write back. Leth tried to see but Azura moved away. Leth growled and looked away. Azura wrote the letter. It said.

 

'Dear Quentin;

 

I miss you as well. I am so sorry for the loss of your father. I am a bit shocked about the whole adopted thing. But your father must of known that you would have a secured future then. The Northern Water Tribe is nice. Much bigger thna the South. I have found a friend of my parents,he reconized me because of my birthmark. Appearently my name is actually Azura Hoshi No. My parents were from here,and I was born here,my birthmark differenced me from the rest. And he told me about my parents. They were taking me to the Southern Water Tribe when the ship was attacked. Something big. Leth says it could have been water benders. But that I was put on a lifeboat and survuved. I have a picture of them,and he is telling me stories of them too. And sincerely,I haven't seen Yang around. He was with Aba in the front of the city. But I'm sure he's fine,I'll check up on hom anyways in a few. Take care,and write back when you can and tell me how are things going. Be careful,and don't get sick or in trouble.

Azura wrapped the letter and gave it to the Hawk. "Back to where you were sented from. The Fire Nation,Quentin." The Hawk complained in it's animal form and then flew off. "So,what does it say in the letter that he sent you?"Leth asks. Azura looked ta him. "Um..."

Quentin sighed.

"This could be really bad, if he wants to start a war... what do we do?" Quentin asked, Kazzac sighed.

"You need to stay here and learn more about his plan, get on his good side, I'll get to the others, we can keep incontact using hte hawks, speaking of hawks..." Kazzac said seeing a hawk fly through window, Quentin went to it, and found a note on it, he took it. he fed the hawk then looked at the letter.

"hm... Azura now?" Quentin asked confused, he sighed, it did sound like a prettier name. He was going to write back, but the bird was tired, going halfway around thw world in one day can be harsh. he looekd to Kazzac.

"Alright, send me a hawk when you get there, i'll try and get on father's good side." Quentin said, Kazzac nodded. He walked out, Quentin did as well, he was a bit hungry.

"Awe come on." Yang complained, they put him behind icey bars.

"It's cold." HE said, the man laughed.

"If you can't do the time, don't dop the crime." HE said.

Azura stared at him and got the letter behind her back. "Nothing. Just that his father passed away...and that he misses me."Azura says. Before Leth could say something else Azura interrupted. "I'm going to go around and try to find Yang,he must be around here somewhere."Azura says as she walks outside. Leth sighs and follows her. Azura walked around. She looks from side to side. She then went over to the entrance and saw Aba. "What the heck?"Leth asks. "It's ok. It's Aba. It belongs to Yang."Azura says. She turns back to Aba. "Where's Yang?" Aba just letted out somewhat a roar,but it was just how he would 'talk' normally. Leth sighs.

Leth sighed.

"It's obviously hungry, Yang probably went to the market, let's head there." He said, she nodded. HE could not believe she was engaged to a firebender, the yang to her yin.

"Guards?" Yang called up, one came.

"what is it?" He asked, Yang breathed.

"I need to go to the bathroom." HE said. the guard sighed.

Quentin went to the dining hall, a servent went to him, he just ordered soup, the man cam eback, he took the dish and started slurping, Kane walked by.

"So, how is this place?" He asked, Quentin sighed.

"It's nice, I shouldn't complain." HE said, Kain nodded.

"Anything on your mind?" He asked, Quentin shook his head.

"No, why?" He asked.

"I just firgured you would be thinkign of that water tribe girl." He said, Quentin suddenly turned to him.

"Er... wy would I think of her?" HE asked, Kain smiled.

"Cute, because i saw you propose to her." He said, Quentin's stare widened.

"Stay here Aba."Azura says. Aba just yawned. Azura and Leth then walked over to the market place. They walk around and then saw a shop where they selled hay. Yang would probably would like to get hay for Aba to eat. They walked over there. "Um,escuse me."Azura says. The man turned to them and noded. "How may I help you?" "Um,we were wondering if you have seen a boy around here,and that if maybe he came by to buy some hay for his sky bi-" "Oh,him. Yes,he came here. But he stole the hay and did not gave me the full ammount. He must be at the cells."The man says. Azura noded and looked at Leth. They then started to walk around.

Yang sighed, itching his bald scalp.

"But I really need to go." He said, the guard sighed about to let him out, another guard stoppe dhim.

"What are you doing? he's trying to trick you." HE said, Yang shook his head, it didn't work. Marina and her weird old friend came in.

"Marina, you gonan get me out?" He asked clutching at the bars.

Quentin turned to Kain.

"I... er... I'm in love with her." He said, Kain nodded.

"Right, the thing is, isn't it against our culture to marry they're kind?" He aked, Quentin shook his head.

"They're kind?" he asked.

"Yeah, they'r etechnology is dated, they'r a lesser race." He said, Quentin stared at him.

"Although I do consider them one step ahead the air nomads, just a bunch of monks." He said, Quentin stared at him.

"Hey, I have friends whom are air nomads." HE said, Kain rolle dhis eyes.

"Rigth, but it's not about them, it's about that slut from the water tribe." He said, Qeuntin felt his blood boil, he wanted to hurt Kain so much.

"If father know's about your little exploit with the enemy, she is so dead." HE said, Quentin sighed.

"What do you want?" He asked.

Azura and Leth stared at eachother. "1. My name is Azura." Yang stared at her. "Will explain later. And 2.Why?" "Two silver is way high for hay."Yang says crossing his arms. "But you must remember how rare hey actually is around the wWater Tribe. We don't plant vegetables. We eat meat 24/7. The only thing involving plants is the sea-weed and plankton."Azura says. Yang then shook. Azura turned to Leth and then at the guards. "Can we take him out of here?"Azura asks. Leth sighs and then stared at her. He was very curious what the letter said.
