hi guys i was just wondering since i just got myself dissidia to my PSP i found out Leon wasn't named Leon he was name Squall i belive he also was named the in FF8 but i wonder why????

In Final Fantasy, the Kingdom Hearts 'Leon' goes by the name Squall Leonheart. For Kingdom Hearts he is called Leon. He changes his name Squall after the heartless destroyed his world. He has said that he'll change his name back when Radiant Garden has been fully restored and Maleficent and the heartless threat fully defeated. This name change is a reference to FF2, where there was a character with the last name Leonheart, who took the name Leon as a vow to himself that he would save those things important to him after failing once.
