What is your favourite generation of Pokémon?

I'd say the 5th Generation so far, and my 2nd favorite would probably the 4th Generation

Gold/Silver/Crystal. o3o

Red/Blue then G/S/C

I originally played Red and liked it. Then I played Saphire and loved it. It is the best region yet. The pokemon were cool too. At that time I didnt realize that there was pokemon Gold Silver and Cyrstal though lol. Still, Emerald was the best.

Personally, I liked Gold/ Silver the most.

Gold and silver, by far. I spent to most time playing silver more so than any other game when I was a kid. I feel like it improved on everything the first game did right, plus it added 100ish more pokemon to the dex, and it's also the only generation that had TWO regions. And we mustn't forget the epic battle with Red at the end of it.

I love Red and Blue, but I've never had a Pokémon moment as cool as beating Red atop Mt. Silver. That's why Silver and Gold are my favourites.

Yes. Yes, you speak the truth man. The Red battle was the most epic battle of all generations, hands down.

When it comes to games, i enjoyed Ruby/Sapphire, as they were the first games i fully completed. But in the first few seasons of the Anime were the best.

Diamond and Pearl, because Diamond was the first Pokemon game I ever played, even though I wanted to play since late 2nd Gen but couldn't afford a handheld console.

I would have a competition between RedFire/GreenLeaf (For the GBA) and Diamond/Pearl,considering RedFire was my first game. (And I lost it before even getting to the eigth gym and heavens knows where did it ended up. o_o'.),and Diamond wa sthe very first game I got to actually complete and enjoy. But I would have to say RedFire/GreenLeaf,because the two sensetions of my first game and my second are never the same.
