You could always tell this fight was coming. And personally it was one my favorites. Having a Heartless which turned the room dark was interesting, and dropping drive gauge orbs is very handy. The reaction commands are also quite enjoyable although I did not discover them until I took him on in my second time through the game. Teaming up with Captain Jack Sparrow is also very fun. Who can disagree with that? And having swords... Sora wields the Keyblade, a sword! There should be more in the games. With possibly five more movies to make boss battles from who knows what boss battles we could have in the future. These are the reasons I reckon Captain Barbossa deserves 10th.

Check out this thread next week for number 9.

Nice summary. Out of both KH1 and KH2 bosses, I'm trying to think, but I would probably but Captain Barbossa as 12th, in my list. So, it will be interesting to see your thoughts.

Great points.

Borbossa was a fun boss to fight.
